I have historically had great habits of exercise.  But that last couple of years has been difficult.  I have a great home gym, but for whatever reason, I'm less likely to use it now.

I too have been forcing myself to get out in the cold. It’s probably not as cold here , but like you said, it’s cold for me 🥶

It’s a bit of both really.  It’s the A7siii so it has some active stabilization, then with the gyro data and a bit of post stabilization in their catalyst browse software, you bet decent stabilization overall.

I like tons of scene change.  Makes yah watch till the end to see what’s gonna be next.  You never feel bad getting out in nature. 

I try to walk every day after lunch but it’s really short, like 15mins but on weekends I go all out. Thanks for the vlog-spiration.
