Wrong Rice Mushroom Risotto

Sometimes, you don't have all the proper ingredients for a true risotto, but you just make due with what you have.  In this instance, I had basmati rice, so I used that.  I had a few mushrooms, some heavy cream, and stock around, so I put this basic dish together.  It tasted pretty good!
