<center>Sorry for my slacking with the Land Updates and Market Reports, work has been killing me this month but I have been reaping the rewards and you know what they say:</center>

<center>"Ya gotta make hay, when the sun's shining"</center>

Or something like that... long story short, work is kicking my ass but I am making some $$$ (which allows to me buy digital assets) so that's not a *bad* thing... it just doesn't leave me much time for things like "Spending time with the lady", "housework" and "writing silly articles on Peak'd".

<center>There is another reason for my delay and that is:</center>

<center>LAND IS SUPER STAGNANT AGAIN!!!</center>

Previously, we saw an INCREDIBLE amount of Land that was Claimed/Surveyed!  Entire Tracts were opened up, the Castle in Virren was found and we had a TON of Plots moving...

20 Days later... 50 Plots since then have been Claimed/Surveyed...

<center>However, I shall endeavor to bring you the latest update today as well as the Market Update so lets get to it, Field Me... GIMME THE GOOD STUFF!!</center>

Righto old boy, it's Field Me here and I have been taking a leisurely stroll throughout the wilds of Virren's Tract 6 lately and I have much to report!!

We left off last time at (R139) Virren, Tract 06: Plot 14 and so we shall resume there, today!

<center>Starting at our previous finish, as we always do... we look back at Plot 14 in Virren's Tract 06!</center>

Plot 14, if you remember from last semester... DAMNIT Criton!! Get outta my head it's been 12 years!!!!

Erhem... sorry about that, the best Physics professors words still haunt my dreams to this day...

Anyways, let us get back to it yeah??  

Plot 14 from last week was a Rare Natural Swamp Claimed by @razaniacheese and we move out into the unknown from there!

Plot 15 is our first Plot today and we see it is owned by an @abhalekar but it is still "Unsurveyed"... for now.

<center>With nothing to see on our first Plot... we move on towards our second Plot of the Episode and... OH. MY. GOD...</center>

That's right folks - Virren's Tract 06 Keep was right under our noses last week and we couldn't sniff it out!!

Congratulations jznsamuel!! That's amazing and I'm totally NOT JEALOUS AT ALL!!!

Moving on from the Tax Shelter... I mean Keep... we see that Plot 17 is up next and it's probably not going to compare to Plot 16 but it deserves love too - just like all of us 😌

Plot 17 & 18 are owned by a tongue twister (and finger twister trying to type this)... @wryryery but they haven't Surveyed them yet... so... ONWARD!

Plot 19 is owned by @piwi and is a bit tingly... It's a Common Magic [Earth] Swamp!!  Let's take a look at the Magicnificence of this place...

Plot 20 is a C (N) Swamp owned by piwi as well and they're letting it rest for the moment

Plot 21 - 25 are also C (N) Swamps owned by piwi!! That's a lot of turf you have and we see the Shard Mine operational in there!!  Get you some SPS!!

Plot 26, another piwi property is a Rare Natural Swamp!! Nicely done!!

Plot 27 is... no way... ANOTHER Rare Natural Swamp owned by piwi?!?!  Get outta here!!

Plot 28 is a C (N) Swamp and you guessed it... piwi!!

That's a nice chunk of Plot 06 piwi!! Congrats on the Rare and Magic Lands!!

Plot 29 is a new Land Owner here, @astralraven and they too must have a thing for Baddies... A Rare Natty Baddie is their find today!!

Plot 30 is also astralraven but this time with a C (N) Swamp!

Plot 31 is a Rare Natural River owned by @kulis - nice find!!

Plot 32 is a Common Natty River and appears to be the end of the River that is feeding Virrens Swamps!! It is owned by @oftarsus!!  Congrats!!

Plot 33 is a Rare Natty Swamp also picked up by oftarsus!! Nice find ol' boy!!

Plot 34 is WOAH!!! Plot 34 is an Epic Natty Swamp found by oftarsus!! I see what you did there!!  Common 1st... Rare 2nd... Epic 3rd!! 

DID YOU FIND A LEGENDARY 4th!?! Let's goooooooooooooo!!

Plot 35 is... an Unsurveyed plot by @drecks... womp womp

Plot 36 is @nevashia with a C (N) Swamp!!  

Plot 37 is another C (N) Swamp picked up by nevashia!!  Nicely done!!

Plot 38 is slightly different flavor of muck - nevashia snagged a Common Natural Bog on this one!

Plot 39 is nevashia back to their C (N) Swamp routine!!  Quite the growing collection of Plots!

Plot 40 is a Rare Natural Swamp by nevashia this time!! Congrats!!

Plot 41 is nevashia getting back to their old ways and picking up another C (N) Swamp!!

Plot 42 (RIP Douglas Adams) is another nevashia C (N) Swamp - that's quite a number of those!

Plot 43 is yet another C (N) Swamp by nevashia... yawn...

Plot 44 is... lemme guess... ANOTHER... C (N) Swamp by nevashia... yup... NOPE!!!

HOLY SHIT IT'S A LEGENDARY OCCUPIED PLOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Plot 45 is nevashia with a Common Magic [Water] Bog!! Not as badass as 44 but still cool!! Congrats!!

Plot 46 is a newcomer - @dancho with a Common Magic [Death] Swamp!! Nice find there buddy!!

Plot 47 is an Unsurveyed Plot Claimed by @chappertron!! We can't wait to see what it is!!

Plot 48 is @positiv39rus and they have a Common Natural Swamp!!

Plot 49 is another new name @d-pend and they snagged an Epic Natural Bog!! Nice!!

Plot 50 is d-pend again and they got a Common Magic [Water] Swamp this time!! Lucky you!!

Plot 51 is a Common Natty Lake by d-pend and I bet that's a nice relaxing spot!

Plot 52 is a Common Natty Badlands also by d-pend and I will abstain from my usual references here... happy desk me?!?

I will note that d-pend has a heavy crew at each Plot with 55-95k Production Power on each!  That's quite the large PP d-pend 😉

Desk Me: "DAMNIT FIELD ME!! I THOUGHT YOU'D GROWN UP!!!"

Field Me: "Not a chance Desk Me. Not. A. Chance."

Plot 53 is... wtf kinda name is this... @jiakbahbuey ??? Anyways they have a Common Natty Swamp and 0PP, unlike d-pend :P

Plot 54 is @eyebagpapi with a C (N) Swamp for their first Claim!!

Plot 55 is @jaopalas who we've seen before, with a C (N) Swamp and decent amount of PP working on their Grain Farm (2K)

Plot 56 is @csvii and they picked up a C (N) Swamp too this time!

Plot 57, 58 and 59 are all C (N) Lakes owned by csvii... are you thinking what I'm thinking???

WATER PARK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No?? Ok... -_-

Plot 60 is a Common Natty Swamp Claimed by csvii - bagging a good bit of Tract 06 are ye???

Plot 61 is csvii but this time they got a nice one!! Congrats on the Common Occupied Swamp - nice work and BLECHHHHHH... Good luck!

Plot 62 is csvii back on their bullshit with a Common Natty Swamp lol

Plot 63 is a Rare comm... NO I MISREAD THAT!!!!! PLOT 63 IS A RARE OCCUPIED LAKE!!! Nice find csvii!!!

Plot 64 is a lol... @poorguybro top kek on the name... but UNSURVEYED?!?!? COME ON BRO!!!! HOW YA GONNA DO US LIKE THAT!!! Leaving us on a cliffhanger worse than One Piece :P
