Neue Woche, neue Herausforderung! In dieser Woche geht es um eine neutrale Karte aus dem Chaos Legion Set, den Supply Runner. Aus der hinteren Reihe sorgt dieses wackere Kerlchen dafür, dass uns der Nachschub nicht ausgeht.
Die Stats seht ihr auf der folgenden Grafik. Auf Level 1 - 4 ist die Karte zwar okay, aber das volle Potential beginnt sie erst mit Level 5 und damit in der Silber-Liga zu entfalten.
Ab Level 5 kommt die Fähigkeit Swiftness hinzu, alle unsere Monster erhalten +1 Geschwindigkeit.
So spiele ich den Supply Runner auch eher als Support-Karte und nicht als Carry. Eine ganz grosse Stärke der Karte ist, dass der Supply Runner als neutrale Kreatur in allen Decks spielbar ist.
Z.B. im eher langsamen Weissen Deck, in Verbindung mit General Sloan ist er wirklich stark. Ich selbst spiele die Karte oft im Wasser-Deck. Zwar hat man mit Keyla bereits + 1 Geschindigkeit, aber viel hilft ja bekanntlich viel! 😁

New week, new challenge! This week's challenge is a neutral card from the Chaos Legion set, the Supply Runner. From the back row, this brave little guy makes sure we don't run out of supplies. You can see the stats on the following chart. On level 1 - 4 the card is okay, but its full potential only starts to unfold at level 5 and thus in the Silver League. At level 5 the Swiftness ability is added, all our monsters get +1 speed. So I play the Supply Runner more as a support card and not as a carry. A big strength of the card is that the Supply Runner is playable as a neutral creature in all decks.
For example, in the rather slow White Deck, in combination with General Sloan it is really strong. I myself often play the card in the water deck. Although you already have + 1 speed with Keyla, but as we all know, a lot helps a lot! 😁

50 Mana, Enrage und ohne Armor. Bei dieser Ausgangslage würde ich gerne Weiss spielen! Leider ist Das aber nicht verfügbar, also entscheide ich mich für Wasser. Es gibt recht viele Optionen, so dass ich darauf verzichte mir zu grosse Gedanken über das Team meines Gegners zu machen. Ich werden versuchen durch viel Geschwindigkeit den Gegner platt zu machen bevor er etwas tun kann.

Kelya ist so zusagen mein Main-Summoner. Aus meiner Sicht unglaublich stark, die Geschwindigkeit und der eine Punkt Armor helfen in fast jeder Konstellation. Ausgenommen dem Reverse Speed Ruleset. Da wir ohne Armor spielen, fällt dieser Bonus weg, aber da ich die Karte auf dem max. Level für Silber habe, fällt meine Wahl trotzdem auf Blau.

Kelya is my main summoner, so to speak. From my point of view incredibly strong, the speed and the one point Armor help in almost every constellation. Except for the Reverse Speed Ruleset. Since we play without Armor, this bonus is omitted, but as I have the card on the max level for silver, my choice still falls on blue.

Mit Trample und Enrage ist der Diemonshark ein sehr starker Carry-Tank. Enrage haben wir zwar aufgrund der Regeln schon, aber mein Plan ist es mit Geschwindigkeit zuzuschlagen und so vielleicht die Trampeln-Fähigkeit auszulösen.

With Trample and Enrage, the Diemonshark is a very strong carry tank. Enrage we already have because of the rules, but my plan is to hit with speed and maybe trigger the Trample ability.

Mein zweiter Tank hat mit 9 Trefferpunkten ein ordentliches Polster, was auch der Hauptgrund für die Wahl dieser Karte ist. Durch die Reach Fähigkeit kann er auch von der 2. Position aus angreifen, dass nehme ich natürlich gerne mit.

Auf der vierten Position, gut versteckt, kommt nun der Supply Runner zum Einsatz. Auf dieser Position ist er im Grunde nur gegen Snipe Angriffe verwundbar. Wie bereits erwähnt ist er in diesem Setup mehr eine Support- als eine Carrykarte.

On the fourth position, well hidden, the Supply Runner now comes into play. In this position, it is basically only vulnerable to Snipe attacks. As mentioned before, it is more of a support card than a carry card in this setup.

Auf dem vorletzten Platz folgt mit dem Feasting Seaweed mein erstes Opportunity Monster. Ohne die Buffs ist die Karte mit nur 2 Schaden und lediglich 1 Geschwindigkeit nicht so toll. Aber mit dem Inspire, der Swiftness unseres Supply Runners und dank Kelya, wird daraus eine ernst zunehmende Bedrohung. Er wäre das primäre Ziel für gegnerische Opporutnity.

Second to last is Feasting Seaweed, my first opportunity monster. Without the buffs, the card isn't that great with only 2 damage and just 1 speed. But with the Inspire, the Swiftness of our Supply Runner, and thanks to Kelya, it becomes a serious growing threat. He would be the primary target for opposing opporutnity.

Auf der hintersten Position folgt noch mein Deeplurker. Ich habe die Karte auf Level 5, sprich 4 Schaden und 4 Geschwindigkeit. Mit den bereits erwähnten Buffs wird er zum echten Monster und wird in der gegnerischen Backline Angst und Schrecken verbreiten. Einzig Sneakangriffe könnten ihm etwas anhaben, aber mit 7 Trefferpunkten und 6[!] Geschwindigkeit sollte er nicht sofort umfallen. Zumal viele Sneak-Monster eher wenige Trefferpunkte haben und somit selbst zum Ziel dieses Biests werden.

On the rear position follows my Deeplurker. I have the card on level 5, meaning 4 damage and 4 speed. With the already mentioned buffs he becomes a real monster and will spread fear and terror in the enemy backline. Only sneak attacks could hurt him, but with 7 hit points and 6[!] speed he shouldn't fall down immediately. Especially since many sneak monsters have rather few hit points and thus become the target of this beast themselves.

Ich bekomme es mit einem Magielastigen Death Team zu tun. Gegen Magie ist mein Team anfällig, aber mein Gegner hat noch einen Sandworm und eine Octopider, so hat er 3 Schadenstypen, das könnte helfen. Ohne die Buffs sind die Teams, abgesehen von den Tanks, ähnlich schnell. Aber da kommen mein Supply Runner und der Summoner ins Spiel!
Nach den Buffs wird sogar meine langsamste Karte noch gleich schnell sein wie seine schnellste. Wegen dem gegnerischen Tank mache ich mir keine Sorgen, der ist schnell Geschichte gegen dieses Team. Ich denke mein Gegner hat eher ein Magie Setup erwartet, tja so gehts manchmal.

I'm up against a magic-heavy Death Team. My team is vulnerable to magic, but my opponent still has a Sandworm and an Octopider, so he has 3 damage types, which might help. Without the buffs, the teams are similarly fast, except for the tanks. But that's where my Supply Runner and Summoner come in!
After the buffs, even my slowest card will still be the same speed as his fastest. I'm not worried about the opponent's tank, he's quickly history against this team. I think my opponent was expecting more of a magic setup, well that's how it goes sometimes.

Mit den Buffs zeigt sich wie stark mein Team ist, meine beiden Opportunity Monster schlagen gemeinsam für 8 Schaden zu. Tank und Offtank nochmals für 7. Das ist wirklich ordentlich Schaden und das ganze ohne Armor.

Zu beginn der 2. Runde ist der Gegner bereits arg dezimiert. Mein Tank ist, dank seiner mittlerweile 9 Geschwindigkeit, 2 gegnerischen Attacken ausgewichen und schaltet hier gerade einen weiteren aus. Durch sein Trampeln macht er in dieser Runde noch 12! Schaden.

Schliesslich hat mein Tank es dann doch nicht überlebt, aber er hat einen guten Job gemacht. Meine beiden Opportunity Monster haben ihre Aufgabe ebenfalls bestens gemeistert und somit wir dieser Kampf ein klarer Sieg!<br>

### <center> Fazit | Summary</center>

Der Supply Runner ist ab Level 5 eine super Ergänzungskarte. Er bringt diesen extra Punkt an Geschwindigkeit, diese ist gerade in den tieferen Liegen so wichtig. Selbst wenn mein Gegner eine Slow Karte in der Aufstellung gehabt hätte, so hätten meine Karten dennoch ihre normale Geschwindigkeit gehabt.
Gerade langsamere Teams profitieren Stark von der Karte. Ich habe hier die Strategie gewählt ein bereits schnelles Team noch schneller zu machen und mit einer Doppelopportunity hart zuzuschlagen. Am Ende ist der Plan aufgegangen.<br>
Was in diesem Kampf aber wieder einmal sehr schön zu sehen war, ist der grosse Einfluss von gelevelten Karten. Man kann nicht genug betonen wie gross die Vorteile durch höhere Level sind.<br>

The Supply Runner is a great supplementary card from level 5. It brings that extra point of speed, which is so important in the deeper leagues. Even if my opponent had a Slow card in the lineup, my cards would still have had their normal speed. Especially slower teams benefit greatly from the card. I chose the strategy here of making an already fast team even faster and hitting hard with a double opportunity. In the end, the plan worked.
But what was once again very nice to see in this battle is the great influence of leveled cards. It can't be emphasized enough how big the advantages of higher levels are.
