El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi experiencia de vida con el tema que se habló la semana pasada en el programa de Coordenadas de Bienestar conducido por mi amiga @miriannalis en el discord de la comunidad @holus-lotus el cual se refería a la energía cuántica. Invitada especial Sofía Ross de PranaAngelical.  [Fuente](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2019/10/15/05/15/quantum-physics-4550602_960_720.jpg)  En esa exposición ella nos hablaba de energía, explicaba claramente que todo en el universo es energía y cada cosa que representa la energía a su vez tiene una frecuencia vibratoria con diferentes niveles de variación. Esa frecuencia vibratoria también la reflejamos nosotros los seres humanos, y es cambiante durante el día, puede ser alta o baja. Dependiendo de ella serán los efectos que obtendremos en nuestra vida, los resultados del día a día dependen de nuestra vibración y en consecuencia de lo que atraemos.    En este sentido, debemos tomar consciencia de nuestro poder creador, detenernos a pensar que nuestros pensamientos, sentimientos y emociones juegan un papel importante en el crecimiento y desarrollo de nuestro espíritu y por ende de la paz y tranquilidad que deseamos alcanzar para vivir bien. <center></center>  <center><div class= "phishy"><h2> 🤔🙄SI LO CREES, LO CREAS🤷♀</h2></div></center> Particularmente, tengo una conexión maravillosa con el mar, lo amo, su olor y su sonido me generan una paz y una tranquilidad interior que me encantan y disfruto a plenitud. Cada vez que voy lo aprovecho para meditar y respirar en ese ambiente de plena salud física y mental. >> **Esa actividad es el complemento a mis prácticas diarias de ejercicios físicos matutinos, y mentales a lo largo del día como la aplicación de los mantras aprendidos con el Hoponopono, las Barras de Access, Círculo de Realización Personal (CRP), Un Curso de Milagros (UCDM) entre tantas otras.**   Todas y cada una de ellas en sus diferentes manifestaciones nos expresan lo mismo, que somos energía, que como pensamos vibramos y como vibramos atraemos, palabras más palabras menos. Ley de atracción en todo su esplendor, pienso que es la consecuencia de todo lo antes mencionado. Soltar y fluir, son dos acciones a las que nos invitan a ejercitar todas y cada unas de las prácticas que mencioné antes, nos invitan también al enfoque, control de las emociones y de nuestros pensamientos. Tengo cuatro años aproximadamente, de manera consciente realizando todas esas actividades por eso les quiero contar mis testimonios. Varios meses atrás venía pensando y diciendo que deseaba un blue jean nuevo, porque los que tenía estaban muy viejitos y deteriorados.  Repetí varias veces eso y lo solté, lo mismo hice con las gorras, solo las veía y lo pensaba "requiero gorras nuevas". Me gustan para cuando bajo a caminar, también ya viejitas y deterioradas por el sol. >> **Dos meses más tarde conseguí una venta de garage donde estaban rematando mucha ropa para damas y no me lo van a creer, pude comprar tantos jeans que hasta para regalar y vender compré. Lo mismo hice con las gorras como lo ven en las fotos de arriba. Adquirí también otras prendas de vestir como gorros de invierno, bufandas y blusas, para la venta y consumo propio.**   Ustedes se preguntarán ¿qué tiene que ver esto con la energía cuántica? Today I want to share with you my life experience with the topic that was discussed last week in the Wellness Coordinates program hosted by my friend @miriannalis in the discord of the @holus-lotus community which was about quantum energy. Every time I go I take advantage of it to meditate and breathe in that environment of full physical and mental health. >>**This activity is the complement to my daily practices of morning physical and mental exercises throughout the day such as the application of mantras learned with Hoponopono, Access Bars, Circle of Personal Realization (CRP), A Course in Miracles (UCDM) among many others.**   Each and every one of them in their different manifestations express the same thing, that we are energy, that as we think we vibrate and as we vibrate we attract, words more words less. Letting go and flowing are two actions that invite us to exercise each and every one of the practices I mentioned before, they also invite us to focus, control our emotions and our thoughts. I have been consciously doing all these activities for about four years, that is why I want to tell you my testimonies. Several months ago I was thinking and saying that I wanted a new blue jean, because the ones I had were very old and deteriorated.  I repeated that several times and blurted it out, I did the same with the caps, I just looked at them and thought "I require new caps". I like them for when I go for a walk, also old and deteriorated by the sun. >> **Two months later I found a garage sale where they were selling a lot of women's clothes and you won't believe it, I was able to buy so many jeans that I even bought them to give away and sell. I did the same with the hats as you can see in the pictures above. I also bought other clothes such as winter hats, scarves and blouses, for sale and for my own consumption.**   You may ask, what does this have to do with quantum energy?
