In the last post I made for this community I shared with you the recipe for a vegan Cheese made from chickpea and I promised that soon I would share the recipe for the yummy crackers that I accompanied said Cheese with.

They are a delight of crackers, what I like most about this recipe is the flavor that gives the paprika and the crunchy texture, each bite is a crunchy, crunchy.

And truly by trying it with the Chickpea Cheese it has become my favorite crackers to accompany my vegetable creams and the future vegan Cheeses I plan to prepare 😋.

# Ingredients:
+ 150 Grams Of All-Purpose Wheat Flour.
+ 60 Ml of Vegetable Milk, I used Almond Milk.
+ 30 Ml of Virgin Olive Oil, you can use any vegetable oil.
+ 2 grams of dry yeast for bread.
+ 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.
+ 1 teaspoon of salt.
+ 2 tbsp of finely chopped paprika.
+ 1 or 2 tablespoons of unroasted sesame seeds.

If you notice that the dough is too dry add a little more milk, or if you notice that it is too wet add a little more flour, the dough will be ready when it comes off the bowl and almost does not stick to your fingers.

Knead again but this time so that the two ingredients that we have added are well integrated.

We make a ball and let it rest for 30 minutes, cover with a clean cloth.

Well after the 30 minutes, before we start making the cookies we turn on the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees.

We take our dough, we flour a little the table where we are going to extend it and with the roller we begin to give form, trying that our dough is taking a rectangular shape, we extend that it is a very thin dough, and we can help us with a knife to give the desired rectangular shape.

We cut the dough in 4 parts and those 4 parts in 8, with the remaining dough I could make 4 more cookies, for a total of 12.

Now with a fork we decorate them making small holes in them.

We place them in a floured mold and put them in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, this will depend on each oven, at this moment the smell in the kitchen is spectacular!

Son una delicia de Galletas, lo que más me gusta de esta receta es el sabor que le da el Pimentón y la textura crujiente, cada mordisco es un crunchy, crunchy.

Y verdaderamente al probarla con el Queso de Garbanzos se ha convertido en mis galletas favoritas para acompañar mis cremas de vegetales y los futuros Quesos veganos que pienso preparar 😋.

***Ahora te invito a que me hagas compañía en la elaboración de esta receta 😊***
# Ingredientes:
+ 150 Gramos de Harina de Trigo Todo Uso.
+ 60 Ml De Leche Vegetal, yo usé Leche de Almendras.
+ 30 Ml de Aceite de Oliva Virgen, puedes usar cualquier aceite vegetal.
+ 2 Gramos de Levadura seca para pan.
+ 1/4 cucharadita de Bicarbonato de Sodio.
+ 1 Cucharadita de Sal.
+ 2 Cucharadas de Pimentón bien picadito.
+ 1 o 2 Cucharadas de Ajonjolí sin tostar.

# Modo de Preparación:

En un recipiente vamos a comenzar echando la Leche Vegetal, el Aceite y la sal.

Con un batidor manual mezclamos.

Ahora integramos los 150 Gramos de Harina, la Levadura y el bicarbonato, la foto en donde echo el Bicarbonato salió muy borrosa y por eso no la podrán ver aquí, mis disculpas.

Ahora mezclamos muy bien, nos podemos ayudar con una cuchara y luego usamos nuestras manos para el amasado.

Si notas que la masa está muy seca ponle un poquito más de Leche, o si notas que está muy húmeda le agregas un poco más de harina, la masa estará lista cuando despegue del recipiente y casi no se pegue en los dedos.

Ahora añadimos el Pimentón picadito en cuadritos muy pequeños, y el Ajonjolí.

Amasamos nuevamente pero esta vez para que los dos ingredientes que hemos añadido se integren muy bien.

Hacemos una bola y dejamos reposar por espacio de 30 minutos, tapamos con un paño limpio.

Bueno pasado los 30 minutos, antes de ponernos a hacer las Galletas prendemos el horno a una temperatura de 180 grados.

Tomamos nuestra masa, enharinamos un poco la mesa en donde la vamos a extender y con el rodillo empezamos a dar forma, tratando que nuestra masa vaya tomando una forma rectangular, extendemos que quede una masa muy fina, y nos podemos ayudar con un cuchillo para dar la forma rectangular deseada.

Cortamos la Masa en 4 partes y esas 4 partes en 8, con la masa restante pude hacer 4 galletas más, para un total de 12.

Ahora con un tenedor las decoramos haciéndoles pequeños agujeritos.

Las colocamos en un molde enharinado y metemos al horno de 10 a 12 minutos, eso dependerá de cada horno, en este momento el olor en la cocina es espectacular!

Tengo que prepararlas entonces, esas galletitas de ese tipo son muy buenas y  pesar de llevar harina de trigo caen muy ligeras.
