How is my dear hive community? Yesterday in Montevideo Uruguay, more than 300 delivery men and women from the company, already requested, gathered to demonstrate peacefully for certain work situations that are unfair and have been precarious in the last 2 years in which the company has benefited from the pandemic, so much so that it has opened branches in many Latin American countries, including Venezuela.

驴C贸mo se encuentra mi querida comunidad de hive? El dia de ayer en Montevideo Uruguay m谩s de 300 repartidores de la empresa pedidos ya, se reunieron para manifestar pacificamente por ciertas situaciones laborales que son injustas y han sido precarizadas en los ultimos 2 a帽os en los cuales la empresa se ha visto beneficiada por la pandemia, tanto que ha abierto sucursales en muchos paises de latinoamerica incluyendo Venezuela.

Los repartidores nos organizamos mediante la comunicaci贸n verbal, folletos y grupos en redes sociales para hacer presio贸n frente a la sede principal de pedidos ya, ubicada en el barrio de Palermo en la ciudad de Montevideo.

Dicha movilizaci贸n comenzaba en Nuevo centro shopping, luego llegaba al market de pedidos ya en Domingo Aramburu, pasando por plaza los 33 y culminando en el edificio de la empresa, sin embargo se movilizaron hasta la plaza independencia para poder hablar con los medios televisivos y radiales quienes seguian la noticia de la manifestaci贸n.

> Me pareci贸 de muy mal gusto que los medios manipularan dicha informaci贸n politizando la manifestaci贸n y dejando enunciados que incluian al sindicato que no estuvo encargado ni deseamos que lo este.

Estrat茅gicamente dichos medios informativos modificaron la informaci贸n para conseguir titulares llamativos como "Repartidores manifiestan frente a la torre ejecutiva", "Repartidores manifiestan por el precio de la nafta y la inseguridad" entre otros titulares que le brindan un 谩mbito politico a la manifestaci贸n, asi como otros que inclu铆an 
 representaci贸n de sindicatos cuando la verdadera raz贸n de toda la movilizaci贸n de hoy era simple.

Tan simple como cesar la precarizaci贸n de salarios, ser mas honestos y claros con los par谩metros como kilometraje en la aplicacion o el performance de cada trabajador y modificar las ganancias por pedido o por kilometros en funcion del 60% de aumento que ha tenido la gasolina en los ultimos meses.

> Sin embargo en el tiempo que tengo trabajando como repartidora de la empresa he visto como en vez de mejorar la ganancia salarial, fue disminuida sin previo aviso, y incluso trabajando mas horas por dias, 7 dias por semana no se llega a percibir la ganancia de antes.

Many do not know that there are certain irregularities with the counting of the kilometers that are traveled to place an order, a situation that should not occur because a fundamental part of our income is the number of kilometers that are traveled to the premises and later to the customer. :

- In the application you cannot see the kilometers to the premises, only the kilometers to the client (the kilometers to the premises are seen in the weekly summary).

- When you arrive at the store and another order falls from the same pick-up point, the mileage count towards the store is reset and they are not paid.

- When the kilometers are counted in both cases, a count is made in a linear direction as if it were a helicopter that does not affect traffic, streets or any building that is in a straight line (that is, fewer kilometers are always paid for the routes).

- When multiple orders are withdrawn from a location, only one withdrawal is paid and the mileage is counted from the location to the first customer, from the first to the second and so on, this being an unfavorable and unfair schedule taking into account that all the orders were withdrawn in the same place and one must transfer them from the same point to different clients.

Muchos no saben que existen ciertas irregularidades con el conteo de los kil贸metros que se recorren para hacer un pedido, situaci贸n que no deber铆a ocurrir debido a que parte fundamental de nuestros ingresos son la cantidad de kil贸metros que se recorren hacia el local y posteriormente hacia el cliente:

- En la aplicaci贸n no se puede ver los kil贸metros hacia el local solo los kil贸metros hacia el cliente (los kil贸metros hacia el local se ven en el resumen semanal).

- Cuando se llega al local y cae otro pedido del mismo punto de retiro se resetea el conteo de kil贸metros hacia el local y no los pagan.

- Cuando se cuentan los kil贸metros en ambos casos, se hace un conteo en direcci贸n lineal como si fuera un helicoptero que no nos afecta tr谩fico, calles o cualquier edificaci贸n que este en linea recta (es decir siempre se pagan menos kil贸metros de los recorridos).

- Cuando se retiran m煤ltiples pedidos de un local, solo se paga un retiro y el kilometraje se cuenta desde el local al primer cliente, del primero al segundo y asi progresivamente, siendo este una programaci贸n desfavorable e injusta tomando en cuenta que todos los pedidos fueron retirados en el mismo local y uno debe trasladarlos desde el mismo punto hacia diferentes clientes.

The most unfortunate thing is that I remember hundreds of times that I postponed the desire to go to the bathroom just because the company insists on harming your performance if during your working day, which sometimes exceeds 6 hours, a break is requested without receiving new requests to attend to said needs physiological, as I read in an earlier tweet, ***delivery companies are the new form of labor exploitation.***

En fines pr谩cticos el objetivo es que la empresa de pedidos ya escuche a los trabajadores y atienda sus necesidades, debido a que la 煤ltima negociaci贸n entre ambas partes, tuvo una respuesta por parte de la empresa donde se preaciriza la cantidad de kilometros entre pedidos por repartidor y donde se incentiva (marcando autom谩ticamente el boton de propina en cada pedido) deshonestamente la propina por parte de los cliente para que las ganancias de los repartidores se vean mejoradas.

Soluciones que son totalmente absurdas y que no solventan la necesidad de incrementar los precios por los servicios de envios en relacion con la alza del precio del combustible, de la canasta b谩sica y el costo de vida.

Sin contar el hecho que la empresa no se responsabiliza ni se pronuncia cuando sufrimos un robo o como en mi caso cuando se tiene un accidente laboral, el descaro es tal que me llegan correos toda la semana preguntando cuando vuelvo a trabajar.

Lo mas lamentable es que recuerdo cientos de veces que postergaba las ganas de ir al ba帽o solo porque la empresa insiste en perjudicar tu performance si durante tu jornada laboral que a veces excede las 6 horas se pide una pausa sin recibir nuevos pedidos para atender dichas necesidades fisiol贸gicas, como lei en un tweet mas temprano, ***las empresa de delivery son la nueva forma de explotaci贸n laboral.***

Que malo que deseen tomar esto pol铆ticamente, como siempre queriendose aprovechar de la situaci贸n y bueno me alegro que est茅n alzando la voz ante est谩 situaci贸n. Igualmente pienso que este trabajo es de gran explotaci贸n, lo peor es eso que no cubren lesiones de los trabajadores ni robos que puedan sufrir, espero que hayan Sido escuchados y que puedan llegar a un gran acuerdo donde las ganancias a ustedes sean aumentadas.
