yes and no.  I use the deep dream generator to generate texture layers, which I overlay over the original photography in PhotoShop, and then do editing in photoshop.  Most of the time I use blend mode "multiply" for the DDG texture layers and combine multiple layers at different opacities, using layer masks to only show the sections I like for each layer (and of course other photoshop edits as well for contrast/levels/etc.).  For these I did a trick I often do when the original image has sections of undifferentiated white like the bones in the original photo here - I use a black & white geometric pattern as style image which does a good job of filling the white space with patterns, then I save a version with those patterns overlying the original photo and use *that* output as the base image for later texture passes in the DDG, and then take the outputs from those and overlay back over the original base image :)  Then to get images like I shared here, I do all of the above, and then I will mirror the output, rotate (11.25, 22.50, 33.75 or 45 degree rotations) and crop out a new section from the rotated image, mirror that, then rotate that and mirror, etc., to end up with the really crazy stuff
