All this has made technology continue to develop its advances in the field of medicine, one of the most relevant advances is Artificial Intelligence, AI are algorithms developed with the firm purpose of being able to create machines that resemble humans. <p></p> Recently a robot has been created from AI with the aim of being able to detect several very common diseases and if detected in time can help save many lives, the robot is called PETRA and this is capable of detecting the following diseases hypothyroidism, alcoholism and prediabetes. This is an important advance that has been presented in the field of health because with PETRA there are many patients who can be detected in time to control these diseases. This is the first robot in the world created with this technology that is capable of diagnosing the first symptoms of these diseases described above. <p></p> <center><img src="https://i.postimg.cc/1ztwbjMG/artificial-intelligence-6767502-1280.jpg"/></center> <center> Source <a href="https://pixabay.com/es/illustrations/inteligencia-artificial-ai-6767502/"></a></center> <p></p> The initiative for the creation of this robot called PETRA comes from the Merck Health Foundation, which states that for them the first priority is people's health and that is why since 1991 they have been dedicated to developing this type of technology for the benefit of people. This private, but non-profit foundation is financially supported by Merck, a leading science and technology company specializing in the areas of healthcare, life sciences and performance materials. <p></p> In conclusion, this important breakthrough will undoubtedly strengthen the health field and help doctors to detect these diseases in a much faster and more accurate way, which means that patients can be treated in time and prevent diseases from progressing and causing irreversible damage to patients. PETRA, the world's first robot with this disease diagnosis capability, will be the talk of the town and will surely be available very soon in many health centers around the world.
