Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes, mi **entrenamiento** de ayer **22 de Julio**, por la cuidad de Maracay, Estado Aragua, **Venezuela.**
>Today I want to share with you, my **training** yesterday **July 22**, for the city of Maracay, Aragua State, **Venezuela.**


Nuestro destino final en este recorrido fue la urbanización del **Castaño (Palmarito)**, la cuál esta posicionada en la cumbre de una montaña⛰️, siendo varios ***Kilómetros subidas empinadas***, un lugar propicio para los entrenamientos en bicicleta 🚲💪. 
>Our final destination on this tour was the urbanization of The **Castaño (Palmarito)**, which is positioned on the top of a mountain⛰️, being several ***Kilometers steep climbs***, a favorable place for bicycle training 🚲💪. 

**Está fue una de las vistas desde las bajabas de la cima de Palmarito (nuestro destino final)**
>**This was one of the views from the descents of the top of Palmarito (our final destination)**

Desde esa altura podíamos ver las luces de la cuidad a la lejanía. 
>From that height we could see the lights of the city in the distance.

**Iniciamos nuestro recorrido a las 5 de la tarde, siendo nuestro punto de partida el limón🍋, esto que ven aquí es ''El toro'', punto ubicado en las delicias**
>**We start our tour at 5 pm, being our starting point the lemon🍋, this you see here is ''El toro'', point located in the delights**

Para llegar a él tuvimos que recorrer unos 7 kilómetros desde nuestro punto inicial, de aquí en adelante hay muchas subidas. 
>To get to it we had to travel about 7 kilometers from our starting point, from here on there are many climbs.

Aquí estábamos haciendo una parada para tomar agua y nuestra respectiva #foto, para **conmemorar el momento**. 
>Here we were making a stop to drink water and our respective #photography, to **commemorate the moment**. 

Luego de esta foto, nos tocó subir unos 6 kilómetros de camino hasta llegar a **las cocuizas, vía  Choroni**, para luego bajar nuevamente y llegar hasta la urbanización que en la que se encuentra la cumbre de Palmarito, en la que hay **muchas subidas**, por nuestro entrenamiento, la resistencia y la velocidad en la que ibamos no pude tomar fotos del camino☹️, ya que eran subidas y bajadas. 
>After this photo, we had to climb about 6 kilometers of road until we reached **las cocuizas, via Choroni**, and then go down again and reach the urbanization that in which the summit of Palmarito is located, in which there are **many climbs**, for our training, endurance and the speed in which we were going I could not take photos of the road☹️ , as they were ups and downs. 

Nos tomamos un tiempo aproximado de **2 horas** en todo este trayecto de subidas, para luego descansar en Palmarito. 
>We take an approximate time of **2 hours** in all this journey of climbs, and then rest in Palmarito. 


**Está es la cumbre del lugar, como pueden ver llegamos a ella en la noche🌕**
>**This is the summit of the place, as you can see we reached it at night🌕**

Al momento de llegar, hicimos un a pausa para compartir y disfrutar del **ambiente**, ya que en el lugar se encuentra un río, pudimos sentarnos a descansar con su sonido de fondo. 
>When we arrived, we paused to share and enjoy the **atmosphere**, since in the place there is a river, we could sit down to rest with its background sound.  

**Éste entrenamiento que estamos realizando es para un viaje largo que tenemos el domingo 25, que próximamente estaré compartiendo por aquí☺️**
>**This training that we are doing is for a long trip that we have on Sunday 25, which I will soon be sharing here☺️**

La verdad es que me ayudan mucho estos entrenamientos a calmar la **ansiedad**, el **estrés** o cualquier otra **emoción** fuerte que esté experimentado, ya que ***me concentró en mí***, en mi cuerpo y en mi entorno, y más con buena compañía. 
>The truth is that these workouts help me a lot to calm the **anxiety**, the **stress** or any other **emotion** strong that I am experiencing, since ***it concentrated on me***, on my body and on my environment, and more with good company.

**Está fue la vista más linda que tuvimos en el descenso, fue muy agradable poder compartir y contemplar la cuidad después de todo el esfuerzo**

Aunque hacía algo de **frío**, disfrute mucho el momento. Lo gracioso es que cuando estamos mucho más abajo empezó a **llover**😂😅, y llegamos mojados a nuestras casas, pero no es nada que **un baño caliente y un té** no puedan mejorar 💪. 
>Even though it was some **cold**, I really enjoyed the moment. The funny thing is that when we are much further down it started to **rain**😂😅, and we arrived wet in our houses, but it is nothing that **a hot bath and a tea** can not improve 💪. 

**Cada uno de mis esfuerzos y experiencias hacen un cambio en mí, me demuestran mi capacidad tanto mental como física**

Aunque llegue un poco tarde, cansada y mojada a mi casa, ***no me arrepiento de nada***, estas son las experiencias que me ayudan a ser **fuerte**, a mirar los lados **positivos** de las situaciones y a lograr mis **objetivos.** 
>Although I arrive a little late, tired and wet at home, ***I do not regret anything***, these are the experiences that help me to be **strong**, to look at the **positive** sides of situations and to achieve my **goals.**
