# Hello steemians friends today I bring you this project that for its simplicity in its forms but the elegance and good distribution of the spaces is a total work of art. Its perfect location overlooking the sea is an enviable space, which I personally admired and wish to have that view.

### This is a house made of steel structure, with wood covering. Its steel structure withstands gravity and wind loads. Located on a well-designed concrete slab.

## The lateral elevations contain glass stained glass. The concrete floors contain an air conditioning system. This sculptural project contains generous white volumes in the interior, and exhibits the similarity to that of ships on the outside.
