In general when we perform an fundamental analysis we should be focusing on studying the elements that can be very useful to determine as close as possible to reality what value can have an asset, for this case the asset to be studied has a special treatment as it is a cryptocurrency so it must be treated, evaluated and studied as a digital asset.

The bitcoin being the cryptocurrency with the largest capitalization of the crypto market has the eyes set by a large part of the cryptographic community worldwide, this means that anyone can be interested in studying the bitcoin from a fundamental point of view, since having such a large market capitalization, there will always be doubts whether it can have the value of a digital asset, There will always be doubts as to whether it can continue to grow in value, or on the contrary it may be overvalued and at any time correct its price, for the investor this is very important, because it delimits the right time and space to know when it is appropriate to invest in the cryptocurrency with the largest market capitalization in the world.

In the case of bitcoin there are other variables that are advisable to study and that go beyond its market capitalization, since being the first cryptocurrency that existed, it demands a large community of users who buy its currency, keep it in their portfolios and see it as the cryptographic future, Although there are also its detractors, under the fact of fundamentalism it is also advisable to listen to the positions of the detractors, since many of these people are influential to the masses and ultimately impact on the price of bitcoin and all other cryptocurrencies.

Being an asset we must evaluate the supply capacity of this cryptocurrency, if the bitcoin ends up being a cryptocurrency that proves to be very useful to the real problems of today's society and in turn becomes scarce because less and less are being printed, then it is attractive to investors who will keep it to keep it and sell it when its price rises above its historical highs.

Now comes the most important side the demand, confidence in everything that revolves around this cryptocurrency has to give confidence in investors, if there is the possibility of making money and there is confidence then there will be real and potential demand, so a shortage of this digital asset and a high demand could trigger each time at prices never seen before.

Certainly with the recent events of the bankruptcy of some cryptocurrency exchanges and the loss by some users who had their cryptocurrencies in these exchanges has generated a loss of confidence in investors, however these are murky moments that also happen in other markets, and that you just have to be patient so that the bad actors are purged and the good that have these projects continue to develop and regain confidence and therefore come the economic recovery and high liquidity in crypto markets again.

In conclusion I believe that the fundamental analysis of bitcoin will not remain static with the same variables of study, but will be changing, and its investors will have to study the real possibility of whether it is convenient to invest in bitcoin or not under standards of movements associated with the reliability of the projects associated with bitcoin and its leaders, see the behavior of the crypto community in relation to the confidence or fear they have at the time of wanting to sell their holdings.
