**Hola Amigos de la Blockchain, un placer saludarles nuevamente.

<div class="text-justify">Hace algunos meses no estaba por acá posteando, sin embargo una que otra vez leía algunos post de ustedes. La verdad es que, mi ausencia ha sido por razones de trabajo y una que otra razón adicional que intentaba solventar con mi vida personal.

En ocasiones es bueno darse un break para razonar, cumplir una que otra meta que necesite enfoque único porque les voy a contar que intentaba dedicarme a hacer diversas cosas al mismo tiempo y me agotaba o simplemente terminaba frustrada porque no terminaba de resolver ninguna por tanto, me propuse a ir de espacio a medida que pudiera encontrar la forma de hacer y terminar satisfecha con cada resultado. Quizá en un tiempo libre podía estar aquí posteando pero cuando lo tenia ( el tiempo libre) me dedicaba a descansar.

Sufro de migraña en mi trabajo la mayor parte del tiempo estoy dedicada tras la pantalla del teléfono  la cual en cierto punto me afecta por el brillo, a pesar de que uso lentes con antirreflejo para evitar la sensación de cansancio y ardor en la vista no ha sido suficiente para evitar la crisis de dolor de cabeza a causa de la migraña que es capaz de deshabilitarme por días es un dolor que no le deseo a nadie tener, cuando me da me asusto mucho por lo fuerte que es por ello intento cuidarme lo mas que puedo.

Los últimos seis meses que estuve ausente en la Blockchain sucedieron cosas muy importantes en mi vida, quiero tener la oportunidad de hablarles de ello aunque haya pasado el tiempo porque de verdad han sido significantes para mí, metas propuestas en el 2023 cumplidas y es algo que hoy en día me mantiene feliz porque siendo sincera dudaba mucho en que podría trazarlas.

He estado trabajando al máximo en mi crecimiento personal, cada día aprendiendo más de la vida, empecé a hacer ejercicio, y un poco de todo aquello que me haga sentir bien cómo lo mencioné anteriormente, eso me ha hecho sentir demasiado satisfecha conmigo misma. "El buen hijo siempre vuelve a casa" seguramente has escuchado y dicho en reiteradas ocasiones esto, es una frase que  me  gusta mucho porque tiene cavidad con mi vuelta a mi blog, me encanta leerlos porque de cada post aprendo algo nuevo, el significado de alguna palabra o conozco nuevos lugares del mundo etc. Aun más porque es un espacio el cual me  permite adentrarme y pegarme acá a través de la escritura.

He estado organizándome un poco, aprendiendo a llevar las tareas y el trabajo de una forma que me permita dar un paso en lo que tanto quiero para así ir avanzando. Estoy replanteándome incluso buscar horarios y ocasiones para tomar mis actividades porque aunque parezca que no siempre hay algo que hacer, pero me ha ido muy bien con ello gracias a Dios.

Sometimes it is good to take a break to reason, to accomplish one or another goal that needs unique focus because I will tell you that I tried to dedicate myself to do several things at the same time and I got exhausted or simply ended frustrated because I did not finish solving any of them, therefore, I decided to go from space to space as I could find the way to do and end up satisfied with each result. Maybe in a free time I could be here posting but when I had it (free time) I dedicated myself to rest.

I suffer from migraine in my work most of the time I am dedicated behind the phone screen which at some point affects me by the brightness, although I use anti-reflective lenses to avoid the feeling of fatigue and burning eyesight has not been enough to avoid the headache crisis because of migraine that is able to disable me for days is a pain that I do not want anyone to have, when I get scared a lot because of how strong it is so I try to take care of myself as much as I can.

The last six months that I was absent in the Blockchain very important things happened in my life, I want to have the opportunity to talk about it even though time has passed because they really have been significant for me, goals proposed in 2023 fulfilled and it is something that today keeps me happy because being honest I doubted a lot that I could draw them.

I have been working to the maximum in my personal growth, every day learning more about life, I started exercising, and a little bit of everything that makes me feel good as I mentioned before, that has made me feel too satisfied with myself. "The good son always comes home" surely you have heard and said this many times, it is a phrase that I like very much because it has cavity with my return to my blog, I love to read them because from each post I learn something new, the meaning of a word or know new places in the world etc.. Even more because it is a space which allows me to enter and stick here through writing.
