Después de unas merecidas vacaciones he vuelto más recargada que la Matrix; en los próximos días me gustaría contarles algunos detalles de este  viaje que tanto esperé; solo les puedo decir que la pase muy bien y todos por casa están muy bien.

Pido disculpas por no haber comenzado a trabajar pero lamentablemente mi cervical me pidió reposo y ahora estoy en tratamiento para desinflamarla y ponerme al 100% en salud  con el favor de Dios. Aun así he estado ansiosa de empezar a trabajar, ver sus trabajos y leer sus proyectos para este año 2022. 

Me gustaría agradecer a todos los que preguntaron por mi salud, en verdad son muy buenos amigos, también quiero agradecerle a @Mosa71, @alicargofer, @Evev, tres personas que me siguieron en mi cuenta en los ultimos días a pesar de estar inactiva, a todas muchas gracias y espero seguir presentando proyectos para alegrarles sus días.

Hoy estoy muy contenta porque quise iniciar este año como mejor lo se hacer, con manualidades y en una de mis comunidades favoritas #Needleworkmonday. Se trata de un hermoso bolso para hacer las compras que hice para mi amiga Milagros quien me  regaló  unos retazos de tela en el mes de diciembre para que los usara y de paso le hiciera algo bonito.

Antes de comenzar el paso a paso les quiero contar que estos patrones de tela fueron rescatados de un montón que iba a ser desechado por una empresa que labora para el gobierno, es increíble que cosas como estas ocurran y que triste haberme enterado tan tarde, creo que me hubiese ido a traer todas esas bolsas a mi casa y hubiese hecho colchas para las camas, cojines, fundas, manteles, cortinas, ropa y mucha cosas más. Me dio tristeza saber que todo fue montado en un camión y solo Dios sabrá donde se encuentra tirado estas telas tan bonitas.

 Como pueden ver es un bolso sencillo pero esta vez le coloqué unas pestañas o bordes a los lados para darle más amplitud.

Lo primero que hice fue sacar las caras principales uniendo dos rectángulos de 35x40 centímetros, luego uní parte delantera con parte posterior. Con una tela para combinar hice un bolsillo de doble tela para darle más resistencia.

Luego corté dos pestañas de 40x 14, las cuales doble a la mitad, planché y uní en la parte superior.

Para los laterales corté dos rectángulos o tiras de 10x37 centímetros, y le uní una pestaña de la misma tela para combinar, uní primero con aguja e hilo y luego pase costura recta por todo el contorno.

También elaboré unas tiras de 50 de largo y un ancho de 8 centímetros que luego doble a la mitad. Todo está quedó bien reforzado con doble costura recta y zigzag para evitar que se rompa si lleva mucho peso.

Solo les puedo decir que mi amiga Milagros quedó encantada con el bolso y quedó muy agradecida por el gesto. La verdad me gusta que mis amigas me ayuden consiguiéndome material bonito para que les haga cosas sencillas que también me ayudan a mí para  luego presentarlas en #Hive.

After a well deserved vacation I have returned more recharged than the Matrix; in the next few days I would like to tell you some details of this trip that I waited so long; I can only tell you that I had a great time and everyone at home is very well.

I apologize for not having started working but unfortunately my cervical asked me to rest and now I am undergoing treatment to reduce its inflammation and get 100% healthy with God's favor. Even so I have been anxious to start working, see your work and read your projects for this year 2022. 

I would like to thank everyone who asked about my health, they are really good friends, I would also like to thank @Mosa71, @alicargofer, @Evev, three people who followed me on my account in the last days despite being inactive, to all of them thank you very much and I hope to continue presenting projects to brighten your days.

 As you can see it is a simple bag but this time I put some tabs or borders on the sides to give it more width.

The first thing I did was to take out the main sides joining two rectangles of 35x40 centimeters, then I joined front and back. With a matching fabric I made a double fabric pocket to give it more strength.

I then cut two 40x 14 tabs, which I folded in half, ironed and joined at the top.

For the sides I cut two rectangles or strips of 10x37 centimeters, and attached a tab of the same fabric to match, joined first with needle and thread and then pass straight stitching all around.

I also made strips 50 long and 8 centimeters wide, which I then folded in half. The whole thing was well reinforced with double straight stitching and zigzag stitching to prevent it from tearing if it carries too much weight.

I can only tell you that my friend Milagros was delighted with the bag and was very grateful for the gesture. I really like that my friends help me by getting me nice material for me to make them simple things that also help me to present them in #Hive.

QUé broma lo de la cervical! Cuíate mucho, debes mantener el reposo y lo recomendable sería hicieras terapia con fisiatra, ese dolor de la cervical es bastante molesto.

Hermoso como todos tus proyectos. Me gustó mucho la tela estampada, es muy alegre y colorida, combina muy bien con la tela de jeans. Yo solía hacer este tipo de bolsos con mi mamá, reciclábamos los jeans viejos y con algunos retazos de tela elaborábamos bolsos de compras para toda la familia.
