A few days ago I read a phrase of our friend @galenkp where he made us reflect on enjoying life today because tomorrow is not guaranteed. This made me think a lot about what I have been doing for some time now, I have decided to enjoy life more, this beautiful planet that God has created for you and me.

Many times the world tells us and insists that we have to accumulate wealth, have property, maintain a family, work and work because if you are not going to have anything for your old age, then you get to old age and you start to have all those diseases that prohibit you things and what you accumulated in your youth only serves to buy medicines and pay hospital visits and this is where I think where is the fun in all this?

I'm not saying that you don't have to work and have things, but I'm also convinced that we can have fun at the same time. 

You don't need to go to China or Hawaii to find moments of happiness, if you look around you will find wonderful places very close to your city or your country.

Today I come to show you that if you look for it you can find it and if you set your mind to it you can do it, with little budget but with a lot of desire to have fun and enjoy.

Last weekend was my husband Jose's 50th birthday and we were also celebrating Mother's Day, that's why among several family and friends we organized a boat trip to the "Caracolito Beach" located in Higuerote, Brion Municipality of Miranda State in Venezuela.

The truth is that I was the only one who had visited this place 19 years ago and since then I had dreamed of this day when I could take my family. 

When you want to do something you have to propose it, take action and nothing else, that's how I went back to investigate how the place was, costs, transfer and everything was taking shape.

Everyone was very enthusiastic, that day we got up early and went, some of them had never been on a boat before and it was the funniest part, seeing their faces was a poem.

Although the day was not very sunny in the morning, the beach was beautiful, the water was crystal clear, warm.  The sand was soft and there was not a single stone on the entire seashore. Everything was clean, you can really tell that the people in charge of this beach take care of it.

Playa Caracolito is a hidden paradise, where you can breathe peace and even for a brief moment of your life you can forget about everything and just think about yourself. 

I really liked going to a cave that is very close hidden among the rocks, but with easy access to get there, you just have to jump over some rocks that are not very high and that's it.

It is incredible how nature has formed this place, when you enter you feel the magic, there all the stones are soft; you sit down and the water comes and goes while it lets you see a film of soft waves of turquoise water. Inside the cave you can hear the sound of the strongest waves hitting the wall outside, that's why you feel a little scared too.

Nobody wanted to leave, we all kept silent for a moment and thanked life for allowing us to be there.

On the beach there are many beautiful things to enjoy, lots of vegetation, a long beach shore to play, sunbathe, run and do whatever you want. Luckily after noon the sun got better and things got better.

When you are in a place as beautiful as this one, time flies by, at 5 o'clock the guys from the boat came to pick us up and we all went home to rest with our hearts full of happiness.

Don't look for happiness far away from you, many times you have it so close and you don't let it be seen. Happiness is each of these moments when you do what you like with people you love.
