Leech Action at Home - Yuk! : November 27 2022

Black Friday weekend blues are getting to me. Have worked hard to get a few promotions going and not getting results. Not helped by support desk response from one of the people I am promoting. Seems that the product I bought a few years ago had been deprecated and I cannot get access to the legacy. That irked me as it was not a cheap product. 

Leaves a bad taste - we shall see what transpires from my response to their closing of the support ticket

One of the tidy up tasks was to dismantle a wooden trunk made from timbers from the front porch. Box was not waterproof and not very weather proof. 

Found on one of the inner timbers the biggest leech I have ever seen. Went indoors to get salt - it was gone when I came back. The next half hour of dismantling was a little nervous - where is the leech?

We chatted about rosemary infused gin - Googled it. Simple - add 3 to 5 sprigs of rosemary to a dry gin and wait 3 to 5 days. Simple. Did it right away.
