上次跟大家提到了判斷經濟衰退的GDP數據，其實判斷經濟衰退還有其他指標。

星期二發佈**美國6月份諮商會消費者信心指數**，指數符合歷史上的衰退定義。此衰退指標確認，市場高台跳水，除了*能源板塊*之外，其他板塊走勢如一江春水向東流，一去不回頭![cry03.gif](https://images.hive.blog/DQmez6F14RdkMHuhwS8VRbwFyKCFgiAREfBEHh3wXGp3wyi/cry03.gif)

巴菲特不懼市場重挫，繼續在高位買入西方石油OXY，散戶們顯然認為是巴菲特獨具慧眼看好石油板塊會持續上漲，因此又出現大批跟風買入的資金![go.gif](https://images.hive.blog/DQmV9dA7emTDEk25fAci9iDJmKKtUqNyFcuF4KuQajQztsJ/go.gif)

在今年3月巴菲特大筆買入OXY 時，正值俄烏戰爭開打，戰爭導致油價飆高。在那個當下不得不佩服高齡的巴菲特仍舊頭腦清晰、決斷迅速如閃電。表面上看起來似乎理所當然，人人都可以判斷的出油價會持續升高，這時候投資能源板塊，好像也沒什麼了不起![despise03-2.gif](https://images.hive.blog/DQmcPpJSUiRCve4TnBvS4Pssb6P1gEB27KwCSGh44tnaYqm/despise03-2.gif)

但是當時我就很納悶，巴菲特的投資組合中已經有Chevron（CVX），而且這支石油股佔了他的倉位前5名，以老巴的投資偏好，像CVX這種高股息股，更像是他會青睞的股票，為什麼他要在投資組合中佈局兩支石油股，更不要說是OXY這支在石油股當中股息率偏低的股票？![confuse10.gif](https://images.hive.blog/DQmWo1EpdDadxS9rx88jJvLA9vGKhaGNVzzGfWaxsCLfrqQ/confuse10.gif)

後來聽到巴菲特公開稱讚西方石油的管理層，嗯！好吧！這的確也是巴菲特選股的考量之一。

有這種想法的朋友，可以多留個心眼

巴菲特在OXY 的持股數量，已經成為市面上流通股的**最大持股股東**。
萬一將來股價下跌，已經持有如此大量OXY 股票的巴菲特，可以對西方石油發出**收購邀約**，也就是收購除了流通股以外的公司股票，進而取得對公司的部份控制權![king.gif](https://images.hive.blog/DQmS9wCsrDT33DAMqJSax2K8jbTZVTbAMVtrngphVvUS1uH/king.gif)
這時，巴菲特就不再只是炒股，而是**將西方石油納入他的公司Berkshire Hathaway 的業務中**，投資邏輯就有了很大的轉變，他可以從西方石油得到營業利潤，抗風險的能力比散戶大得多
