Saludos para todos, amigos de la comunidad de #EmpowerTalent, con el tema que nos traen cada semana, especialmente con nuestra querida @angelica7, para invitarnos a escribir sobre: "En búsqueda de la paciencia", es posible que pueda resultar todo un reto, porque no a todos les parece fácil estar en calma, esperar, o simplemente confiar en lo que sucede, a continuación mi participación:

La paciencia es un valor que todas las personas tenemos, nadie es incapaz de ser paciente. Lo que pasa, es que aunque podamos optar por la paciencia, vivimos tan de prisa que todo lo queremos de forma inmediata.


<h5>La paciencia va de la mano con madurar mis decisiones</h5>

Muchas veces me había pasado que me obligaba a forzarme en las decisiones sin haberlas madurado y cuando no estaban listas todavía para que las tomara, entonces me castigaba a mí misma por ser indecisa, y otras personas compartían esta opinión sobre mí.

Aunque creemos que por ser una persona inteligente, con suficiente sensatez para saber  lo que queremos, más, sin embargo tal vez la razón por la que no podemos tomar una decisión es porque todavía no sabemos, porque en realidad no la hemos descubierto.

En particular y sé que a muchas personas nos ha pasado, había sentido que tenía que decir "sí" a todo, después aprendí que también es apropiado decir "no", así que comencé practicando el decir “no” y fue una manera de soltar ciertas cosas.

Además de resultarme muy difícil para mí decir "no sé", y sentirme cómoda con mi estado de no saber, por eso trato de buscar llenarme de paciencia, porque bien puedo tomar las decisiones sin importancia, pero las más importantes necesito esperar hasta que me  sean descubiertas.

<h5>Aprender a esperar por lo que estamos luchando sin dejar de trabajar</h5>

Pienso que la paciencia es una virtud que podemos desarrollar y que nos ayuda a recordar que todo tiene un tiempo y ocurre en su momento justo y aunque tarde en llegar, no debemos perder la cordura y los nervios mientras esperamos. Creo que el tener paciencia no es lo mismo que aceptar que las cosas pasan, porque tenían que pasar. 

Por eso debemos aprender a contar hasta diez, a respirar profundo y esperar con paciencia por lo que estamos luchando, pero sin dejar de trabajar en ello. 

La realidad es que esperar sin hacer nada terminará por  frustrarnos, porque  las cosas no se hacen por sí solas,  ni con solo desearlo los problemas se solucionan, pero está en nosotros empezar a lograr cambios, todo es ser constantes con lo que nos proponemos, con buena voluntad y de esta manera cultivando nuestra paciencia pronto se verán los resultados.

La paciencia es una cualidad que puedo aprender a desarrollar, muchas veces la alcanzamos con la madurez, por mi experiencia propia, es que entre más prisa llevemos, es cuando más despacio y calmadas debemos hacer las cosas.
Por ejemplo, las grandes distancias se recorren mejor caminando, porque la carrera nos quita el aire y nos cansa más rápido.

Dios no hizo el mundo en un día o en unas horas, de haberlo hecho sin meditar, no hubiera cubierto nuestras necesidades tan sabiamente, muchas veces le echamos la culpa a la suerte, pero somos nosotras las que no sabemos dar tiempo para que las cosas caigan en el lugar preciso.

<h5>Tener paciencia me permite ser más feliz</h5> 

No gano nada con  desesperarme, mientras espero por lo que quiero, puedo disfrutar de ese bello tiempo y periodo que supone tener que esperar para obtener resultados, ya sea en encontrar un amor, trabajo, cumplir nuestras metas.

La paciencia es la base de todo para conseguir lo que quiero, es ser complaciente conmigo misma o con los demás, los de mi entorno, es todo un proceso de aprendizaje, practicar mantener la calma, la tolerancia, la serenidad ante las situaciones difíciles, para aferrarme a mis anhelos, aun cuando pasan los días sin poder ver de qué manera se harán realidad.

Es el mismo tiempo que necesito para darle forma a lo que deseo, o quizás a esos talentos ocultos que voy descubriendo, con actividades que me mantengan con fuerzas, sana y lo mejor de todo: feliz, que eso es lo que más necesito. La idea de que “el tiempo de Dios es perfecto”, nos invita a la paciencia tan necesaria en nuestro ir y venir por la vida, a la confianza y sabiduría en el poder de nuestro creador.

Patience is a value that we all have, no one is incapable of being patient. What happens is that even if we can opt for patience, we live in such a hurry that we want everything immediately.

<h5>Patience goes hand in hand with maturing my decisions</h5>

Many times it had happened to me that I forced myself to force myself into decisions without having matured them and when they were not yet ready for me to make them, then I punished myself for being indecisive, and other people shared this opinion about me.

Although we believe that because we are an intelligent person, with enough sense to know what we want, more so, perhaps the reason we can't make a decision is because we don't know yet, because we haven't really figured it out.

In particular, and I know this has happened to many people, I had felt that I had to say "yes" to everything, then I learned that it is also appropriate to say "no", so I started practising saying "no" and it was a way of letting go of certain things.

I also find it very difficult for me to say "I don't know", and feel comfortable with my state of not knowing, so I try to try to fill myself with patience, because I may well make the unimportant decisions, but the more important ones I need to wait until they are revealed to me.

<h5>Learn to wait for what we are fighting for without stopping working</h5>

I think that patience is a virtue that we can develop and that helps us to remember that everything has a time and happens at the right moment, and even if it takes a long time to arrive, we should not lose our sanity and our nerves while we wait. I believe that having patience is not the same as accepting that things happen, because they had to happen.

That is why we must learn to count to ten, take a deep breath and wait patiently for what we are fighting for, but not stop working for it. 

The reality is that waiting without doing anything will end up frustrating us, because things don't happen by themselves, nor by just wishing it, problems are solved, but it is up to us to begin to achieve changes, it is all about being constant with what we propose, with good will and in this way cultivating our patience we will soon see the results.

<h5>Patience is a quality you learn to develop</h5>

Patience is a quality that I can learn to develop, we often reach it with maturity, and my own experience is that the more we are in a hurry, the slower and calmer we should do things.
For example, long distances are best covered walking, because running takes the air out of us and tires us out faster.

God did not make the world in a day or in a few hours, if he had done it without meditation, he would not have covered our needs so wisely, many times we blame it on luck, but we are the ones who do not know how to give time for things to fall in the right place.

<h5>Having patience allows me to be happier</h5>

I gain nothing by despairing, while I wait for what I want, I can enjoy that beautiful time and period of waiting for results, be it finding love, finding a job, achieving our goals.

Patience is the basis of everything to get what I want, it is to be complacent with myself or with others, those around me, it is a whole learning process, to practice staying calm, tolerance, serenity in difficult situations, to hold on to my desires, even when the days go by without being able to see how they will come true.

It is the same time I need to give shape to what I desire, or perhaps to those hidden talents that I am discovering, with activities that keep me strong, healthy and best of all: happy, which is what I need most.

The idea that "God's timing is perfect" invites us to the patience so necessary in our coming and going through life, to trust and wisdom in the power of our creator.
