Saludos para todos, amigos de la comunidad de EmpowerTalent, me uno al tema que nos traen cada semana, especialmente con nuestra querida @angelica7, para llevarnos a reflexionar sobre: Descubriendo mi Talento.

Con los diversos contenidos tocados, apreciando los aspectos que nos permiten crecer, evolucionar y acercarnos a descubrir el talento que tenemos, eso que nos hace ser auténticos, les comparto lo que pude identificar:

<h4>Qué es un talento y qué es una habilidad?</h4>

Partiendo de la propuesta al tema, por lo que he  leído, el talento es algo innato, un don que las personas tienen desde su nacimiento y que pueden descubrir desde una edad temprana o en una edad más madura.

Particularmente puedo decir  que desde muy joven tengo el  don de leer rápido, contrario a escribir con el lápiz,  que no lo hacía  con tal rapidez,  pero siempre he tenido esa facilidad y rapidez para comprender la lectura.

<h4>Descubriendo mi talento</h4>

Hoy día ya con más madurez, he sentido que ese talento me ha ayudado a tener más facilidad de expresar mis ideas en forma escrita.
Por ejemplo, en la  satisfacción que me produce el leer, pensar y escribir sobre los temas de crecimiento personal, espiritual. Entonces el sentir hacerlo porque en realidad me gusta, es la sensación que me hace desnudar ese talento.

Las habilidades en cambio, que he desarrollado tienen que ver con la experiencia, con la práctica y no son innatas, la computadora por ejemplo, la cual nos ayuda en gran manera porque el escribir a lápiz ya pasó a sólo lo indispensable.

Cuando hago el ejercicio de examinarme un poco más allá, puedo identificar qué es lo mejor que puedo hacer,  lo que me gusta, intentar realizar mis sueños y en especial, ser fiel a mí misma.

Para lograrlo,  una de las herramientas más útiles,  es cultivar la seguridad personal, es conectarme  con mi persona interior,  nuestra fuerza íntima.
A medida que lo hago, voy descubriendo que también  me gusta bailar, cantar, cocinar, porque con ello soy más feliz y me da más seguridad en mi misma y en mi valor como persona. 
Una persona segura es  atractiva, poderosa y capaz de realizar los sueños de su corazón, es lo que me hace tener seguridad y confianza, además de mantener firme nuestros sueños y proyectos personales.

<h4>Desarrollar mi talento:</h4>

Pienso que la mejor forma de ganar confianza y seguridad es desarrollar nuestros talentos, virtudes, hobbies o habilidades que nos permitan sentirnos personas confiadas de quienes somos.

Durante la crianza, nos enseñaron los principios y valores, siempre  esperando que cada uno desarrollemos nuestra propia personalidad y hagamos uso del libre albedrio y lógicamente que nos adaptemos de acuerdo a las circunstancias en las que nos vemos envueltas durante  nuestro viaje en la vida.

He aprendido a medida que desarrollo mis habilidades y talentos, a creer en mí, a expresarme y a comportarme en los diferentes ambientes que se me presenten.

Cuando hago aquello que me gusta, lo que me sale del corazón, y cuando camino hacia donde quiero ir, por supuesto de la mano de mi Padre Celestial, puedo sentir seguridad, aun a pesar de los obstáculos del camino.

Greetings to all, friends of the EmpowerTalent community, I join the theme that you bring us every week, especially with our dear @angelica7, to lead us to reflect on: Discovering my Talent.

With the various contents touched, appreciating the aspects that allow us to grow, evolve and get closer to discovering the talent we have, that which makes us authentic, I share with you what I could identify:

<h4>What is a talent and what is an ability?</h4>

 From what I have read, talent is something innate, a gift that people have from birth and that they can discover from an early age or at a more mature age.

 I can say that from a very young age I have had the gift of reading quickly, as opposed to writing with a pencil, which I did not do so quickly, but I have always had that ease and speed to understand reading.

<h4>Discovering my talent</h4>

 Today, with more maturity, I have felt that this talent has helped me to express my ideas more easily in written form.
 For example, the satisfaction I get from reading, thinking and writing about personal and spiritual growth. Then the feeling of doing it because I really like it, is the sensation that makes me bare that talent.
 
The skills that I have developed have to do with experience, with practice and are not innate, the computer for example, which helps us a lot because writing with a pencil is no longer indispensable.

When I do the exercise of examining myself a little further, I can identify what I can do best, what I like, try to realise my dreams and especially to be true to myself.

 To achieve this, one of the most useful tools is to cultivate self-confidence, to connect with my inner person, our inner strength.
 As I do this, I am discovering that I also like to dance, sing, cook, because this makes me happier and gives me more confidence in myself and in my value as a person.

A confident person is attractive, powerful and capable of realising the dreams of her heart, that is what makes me feel secure and confident, as well as holding firm to our dreams and personal projects.

<h4>Developing my talents:</h4>
I think the best way to gain confidence and security is to develop our talents, virtues, hobbies or skills that allow us to feel confident in who we are.

During our upbringing, we were taught principles and values, always expecting each of us to develop our own personality and make use of our free will and logically adapt ourselves according to the circumstances we find ourselves in during our journey in life.

As I have developed my skills and talents, I have learned to believe in myself, to express myself and to behave in the different environments that are presented to me.

When I do what I like, what comes from my heart, and when I walk where I want to go, of course hand in hand with my Heavenly Father, I can feel secure, even in spite of the obstacles along the way.
