Could I use my account permissions to...

I want to see if this could work. 

Could an account owner use account permissions to invite guest posters with the incentive of sharing the payout and benefiting from SteemPower?
It seems like this would be a good way to recruit quality posters from places like Reddit.  It also seems win-win for an account owner and a guest poster.

Could it potentially harm the owner's Steemit Reputation?

Just brainstorming on Steemit possibilities- maybe this is an old idea.
I am interested to hear your thoughts on this.
