Whilst visiting my friend Aishlinn [@trucklife-family ](https://peakd.com/@trucklife-family/) in the south of Spain I also bumped into many other interesting people in the local area. One was Sam Neffendorf [@EFTnow](https://peakd.com/@eftnow) who specializes in EFT and is an integrated META health coach. Meta health is very interesting it offers an assessment framework that determines which particular stresses in your life – whether past or present – could be responsible for causing your issue, and then offers a combination of holistic therapies and lifestyle suggestions which will get to the root cause of your symptoms.  (image labelled for reuse) Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It's also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. People who use this technique believe tapping the body can create a balance in your energy system and treat pain. I'm still a newbie at understanding these alternative health and healing practices but through Sam knowledge and Enthusiasm I'm keen to learn more. I hope to be getting an interview with Sam in the next week and will be posting that here, so stay tuned and follow!
