Today Muharram festival is being celebrated with great pomp in most parts of my country. Preparations are underway to celebrate another big festival in the next 2 days which is known as Raksha Bandhan. India is also known as the country of festivals.  Where some festival keeps coming at regular intervals. The tradition of celebrating festivals has been going on for centuries.  Even today people participate with enthusiasm and cooperate with each other.  There are definitely some motives behind organizing these festivals which increase mutual harmony and strengthen the society.  Festivals have kept our traditions alive even today, where people come forward to cooperate with each other and spend some moments with happiness. It is the responsibility of the new generation to keep these traditions alive and take forward the tradition of brotherhood.
