Going to explore theme **Fury** with amazing battle squad.

From tomorrow starting fresh week and this week going to be very eventful. Within week splinterlands season is going to end along with splinterlands 5 year initiative also going to end. I am very curious for both.

 Doing good in Ranked battle and till now 40 season reward in my game wallet while almost 6 day to go to finish the season. 
I have also burned 45k Dec, so there is also expectation for prizes. Although my rank is 936 yet hoping for at least packs. Waiting to see the prize distribution to the participants. 






## FURY THE THEME FOR THE WEEK

</center>After the arrival of Taunt ability monster the role of the Fury monster increased significantly. 
Before `Riftwatcher` there was no monster with **Fury** ability. `Rune Crafter, Technowizologist and Ancient Redwood` are three monster having **Fury** ability.  Similar situation is with Taunt.  **Till Alpha, Beta and Promo** there were no monster with Taunt ability.
 First **Taunt** ability monster is **The Kraken** from `Reward` Edition. Three Taunt monster from **Untamed** edition **Dark Ha'on**, **Shieldbearer and Magnor**.  
`Dice Edition` has no **Taunt** monster.  Single **Wave Brood** from `Chaos Legion`. `Riftwatcher` given 3 more Taunt ability monster in the form of  `Night Ghoul, Coeurl Lurker and Agor Longtail`. Till now there is 8 monster with Taunt ability and 3 monster with Fury ability. 
Still need Fury ability summoner. Hope soon we will get from Promo either from next Edition.

## THADDIUS BROOD AS MY SUMMONER.

</div>This is a 4 Mana Death summoner with Reducing health and magic attack ability. I was not going to battle against magic additional Monsters/summoner but my plan was different to use this summoner.
 I wanted to weaken to opponent by using summoner and of course monster from Death unit. When you will see the battle you will find that it was perfect plan and combination.

## BATTLE RULESET AND MANA CAP  

It was just 23 Mana battle gameplay with effective three battle ruleset. Four splinter Fire,Death, Dragon and water were active while Life and Earth were inactive. Trample monster going to be impactful for the battle. Here is the detail of three battle ruleset..

●**STAMPEDE**

</div>This is my favourite ruleset and I have plenty of monster with Trample ability. 
In this rule set Trample ability Monster can Trigger multiple time by killing the monster with trample. 

●**AIM TRUE**

</div>It means monster not going to miss their target and they always hit their target with the attack. You can say it is a similar form of to True Strike. 

●**Fury**

</div>This is the theme of the week. Fury ability monster able to double damages to the opposition Taunt monster.

## TEAM COMBINATION AND CARD PLACING.. 

It was just 23 Mana game play  so it was very difficult task to choose a perfect team combination with maximum possibilities. 
I thought for a while after the decided to use Thaddius Brood as my summoner.  In Death unit I have good card in low mana including Thorn and Tank Heal monster. I have seen in Low Mana battle, players always come with Melee monster. 
Thaddius Brood provides weaken buff and there was plan to use one more monster with weaken ability. I was alert for first and last position monster that's why I chosen Thorn ability Monster for these positions. I was thinking if my opponent comes with Trample ability monster then it will be very difficult to to survive.
Finally I placed Lord Arianthus at first position and last position was for Cursed Wendeku. Second position was weaken ability monster Undead Prist and third position was for Amplify ability monster Weirding Warrior. Last position was for my favourite legendary Doctor Blight. Fortunately my opponent was here with maximum Sneak ability Monsters. Trap was already set and opponent was ready to jump in trap.

I was using Max Monster for this battle. Single Monster with 5 Mana, one monster with 6 Mana, two monster with 2 mana, one more with 4 mana and one card with 0 mana.

## LORD ARIANTHUS

</div>This is my best and favorite card from Neutral Element. It's name is LORD ARIANTHUS.However, this card does not have any attack abilities.  But because it's a legendary card and I used it at level 3, it has four abilities of its own.  Which is enough to win any battle.  It has Shield ability, it has VOID ability.  It has Magic Reflect and Thorns ability.  And because of the Battle Rule, it also gets the Fury ability.  It is only of five mana.  There is one speed and it has a total of 8 health.  I use this card in the first position.  In the Shield ability, it reduces the range and damage of Melee attacks received by the opposing team.  Here in void ability, magic attack damage is reduced.  Due to having magic reflect ability, when a card attacks magic on it, it reflects and damages it.  In the thorns ability, when a card makes a Melee attack on it, it takes two damage.  But due to the amplify ability of my third position card, Weirding Warrior, when a card melee attacks it, it takes 3 damage.

# UNDEAD PRIEST

</div>Undead Priest is a very useful card.  Although it costs 2 mana and does a magic attack with 2 speed.  It has four health.  I have used this card at level 4 and placed it at the second position.  This card has the Weaken ability.  In which it reduces the health of all the cards of the opposing team.  This card also has the Fury ability, which it got from the Battle rule.  In which it will give double damage to the card of the opposing team which will have taunt ability.

# WEIRDING WARRIOR

</div>This card has a tremendous ability at level 4.  The name of this card is Weirding Warrior.  Since this battle is of low mana, I have used cards with low mana more.  This card is of two mana only.  Makes two ranged attacks with three speed moves, has two health.  I have used this card in the third place.  Since it is a ranged attack, it can attack from any position other than the first position.  It has Shatter and Amplify Ability.  When it attacks a card in Shatter ability, it destroys all its shields.  And in the Amplify ability, it increases the damage done to the opponent by magic reflect, return fire, and thorns by 1.  This is the reason why I put the returned health in the first place because she has magic reflect and thorns ability.

# CORPSE FIEND

</div>Corpse fiend card is 0 mana.  It makes a Melee attack with two attacking speeds, it has one health. This card is a Legendary card.  Although it attacks only from the first position.  But I have used this card for the opportunity and sneak ability cards of the opposing team so that they can eliminate it.  Because I've seen the last few battles of the opposing team, I get an idea that they will be using cards with a lot of sneak or opportunity abilities.  This card does not have any abilities. I put this card on the 4th position.

# CURSED WENDEKU

</div>As I said, I've seen the opponent team's past few battles and I have a feeling they'll be using a lot of sneak ability cards.  That's why I put CURSED WINDEKU in fifth place which is 6 mana.  Performs three melee attacks with three attacking speeds.  He has 11 health.  It also has Thorns ability and Heal ability.  Because I placed the card with Camouflage ability at the end, due to which all the sneak ability cards of the opposing team were attacking Windeku and getting three damage each time due to thorns ability and Amplify ability.  I put this card on the fifth position for this very purpose.  And since it does Melee it will not attack from any position other than the first position.  I used this card at level 6.  Due to the heal ability, it was increasing its health by three every round.

# DOCTOR BLIGHT

</div>This card cannot be praised enough.  This is a Legendary card.  Which I have used 3 level.  It only costs 4 mana, does two magic attacks with one speed, and has only four health.  I found this to be the most dangerous card in this battle.  It has a total of 5 abilities.  Four of his own and one he got because of the battle rule.  Its abilities are as follows: Affliction, Camouflage, Poison, Scavenger and Fury.  In affliction ability, when a card with Affliction ability attacks a card of the opposing team, then Affliction is applied on it, that is, then that card will not be able to increase its health.  Due to the Camouflage ability, no card of the opposing team will attack it unless it is in the first position. Attacks in the Poison ability have a chance to apply poison, which does automatic damage to the target at the beginning of each round after.  the poison is applied.  In the scavenger ability, any card of the opposition team or your team will be eliminated, then it will increase its health.  In Fury ability, it will give double damage to the card that has taunt ability.

## DID MY STRATEGY WORKED WELL? WILL I TRY DIFFERENTLY IN NEXT TIME? 


 I am happy with this battle and sure my strategy worked well for this setup. I got defeat so many times in low manna battle. Mostally time I set up plan for attack instead of destroy them by trick but for this battle I did not make plan for attack. I have seen in Low Mana battle,  player comes with Sneak and opportunity ability Monsters. I setup my team according to that. Only three cards were attacking card but not significant attack, just using their Apmify and weaken ability . It means if my opposition card get reflect damage then he has to lost 3 health as I was using Thorn ability Monster at first and last position. Opponent team already got weaken by two health, one from Undead Priest and another from Thaddius Brood. When the two teams came face to face, it was heartening to see that my opposition had most of the cards with sneak ability. They destroyed Cursed Wendeku but lost their three sneak card by thorn. It was Baakjira that resisted alot but it was helpless against Doctor Blight who Afflicted it by Affliction. 
Thus I can say that my strategy and plan worked well for this battle ruleset.
