The tidy up of my garden: An after. My plants, and the transplant of “the one who’s in love with the wall”.

Well hello everybody! Last week I shared with you my whining post about not having the garden tidy, but on the weekend I did.

The boy that I told you about, Bryan, came to help us with his machine and his machete too, and we spent the Saturday pruning the backyard, and the result once again was fantastic. Now I can see all my plants again, and I am going to briefly show you my garden, which is growing in my heart, and every time I get more plants.

I am happy for my little bell peppers, which are looking bigger and juicier each day.

Coriander keeps flowering, so maybe I will get the seeds that it gives me soon to sow again in the middle of the summer, to try my luck. What do you think @riverflows? Will new coriander plants thrive during the high temperatures and intense sun of the summer?

Strawberries are also growing steadily, but since this is the first time that I cultivate strawberries, it amazes me how slow this plant develops.

My spot is full of basil. What I thought to be a disaster, resulted in a lot of basil plants still alive and doing very ok, growing fast, and amongst them also the tomatoes.

My jasmine plant was here when we arrived, and she is big as a tiny tree. Now it is flowering and even standing meters away from it, you can still feel the sweet and nice scent of the white flowers.

I found a space where I wanted to place the new plant, “the one who’s in love with the wall”, and not surprisingly, next to the walls of the garden. My boyfriend helped me and we dug a little hole in which we placed the cute new plant. Rita was very curious and supervised all the jobs that we did.

I filled with soil the empty flower pot where the climbing plant was, and next, I placed the last cannabis seed that I found from dry cannabis flowers that friends gave me.

After this weekend I go to the backyard and I feel good looking at it, and walking there, playing with the dogs. Eventually, soon in 2022, I will have to get an electric lawn mower to keep the garden tidy each couple of weeks, so it doesn’t get to that point where I feel like I am walking in the jungle.
