Well, we are in the last days of The Comedy Rumble Show...today I have my final post for this show and it's what I titled "**The Unfortunate Reality**".

During the days I wrote my first content about this show, I have not been feeling too great but I was good hehe. 
In the real world, I sell footwear of all kinds including branded products like Louis Vuitton, Gucci Mane, Prada, Veneta Bottega, and Much More.

When I wake up in the morning, I would say hello to my customers, drop some encouraging videos and then drop my item which is practically for sale and is available both in an online store and walk-in store depicted in a pictorial form on my Whatsapp business status.

Sometimes during the day, I usually do the delivery myself because the price that most of these dispatch riders charge for an item is terrible and even at that they delay it and makeup excuses. If I don't want the item to prolong, I often do the delivery myself depending on my relationship with the recipient.

During one of the delivery days, I met a new friend, named Edwin. We have been in communication since then but basically on WhatsApp. He barely called the last time he did, we spoke for a few minutes before he dropped it.

This week I did another delivery because the client wanted it for an occasion on Friday. To not delay everything I took it to him myself and he was pleased because it's not what you see versus what I got. I told him I wasn't feeling well but he insisted still.


Fortunately, he surprised me by tipping me about $6. Due to the bumpy road, I have stressed to the extent a teardrop fell from my eyes. I was tired of everything. I have a sore throat. It started with serious body pain and burning temperature with pains lurking all over my throat coupled with the stress of the road. It was a war to eat and swallow. I managed to go home, took some warm water, and no medicines at all, it was almost 8:30 pm. I hate meds though, I was hoping the ailment will go away on its own by morning.


I slept at night after having dinner, during the early hours of the morning. Edwin called me, I was still feeling unconscious from both the sleep and the call. I just picked regardless and I was like...

**Me** - Hello.....(with a deep voice even I couldn't hear myself rofl)

**Edwin** - Hey Pretty!! Hello!! I can't hear you dear!!

*I was like in my mind but am talking nau, how's it you can't hear me*

**Me** - can you hear me now? (*I spoke up with a loud voice but still deep and croaky*)

**Edwin** - Hey, who are you? give her the phone, please...

*I was like huh! Has it gotten to that extent? I hung up immediately to find space to clear my throat.*

He called back immediately....by then I was in the sitting room.

**Edwin** - Hello Cesca?? Please who am I unto?

**Me** - It's me! (*I raised my voice in a high pitch so he could get the feminine traits of it*)

**Can you hear me, Edwin??** Hello.!!..*call drops*

I breathed a sigh of relief...phew! 

I went back to bed to continue my sleep, and just as I was about to go further into the void, my phone rang. It was my course mate.

**Zara** - Hello Francesca!.... How far??

**Me** - Babe I dey oo...*meaning Babe, I am okay.*

**Zara** - Who is this??? Mtcheww....she drops the call.

I was laughing so hard because everyone thinks I was with some boy lol. They couldn't understand the fact that my voice went off. In the later hours of the day, I called and explained it to them and we laughed over it. I had to buy syrup for it.
