<div class="text-justify"> Saludos amigos de Hive y @fulldeportes, hoy voy a compartir un entrenamiento de caminata de montaña que realicé en el cerro El Peñón, con mi hermano, el día viernes en la comunidad de San Francisco de Asís, estado Aragua. >Greetings friends from Hive and @fulldeportes, today I am going to share a mountain hike training that I did on El Peñón hill, with my brother, on Friday in the community of San Francisco de Asís, Aragua state. <br> <br>  Les cuento que este entrenamiento lo había planificado era para el día jueves en la mañana, pero debido a que ese mismo día se iba a realizar una misa en conmemoración a mi padre, entonces decidí irme a esta población en la tarde para estar en la misa. Entonces el entrenamiento lo programamos para el día viernes en la mañana.</div> >I tell you that I had planned this training for Thursday morning, but because that same day there was going to be a mass in commemoration of my father, so I decided to go to this town in the afternoon to be at the mass. . So we schedule the training for Friday morning   Me levanté bien temprano a la 5:50 am, pero tuvimos que espera a la 6:20 am para salir porque estuve demasiado oscuro, caminamos una parte de carretera de asfalto durante 10 minutos, pasando por el sector llamado Rancho Grande, y luego comenzamos a subir esta montaña. En cuanto al clima, a medida que nos acercábamos a la montaña aumentaba un poco el frío, cuando comenzamos a subir mantuve un ritmo constante dejando como a 30 metros a mi hermano Francisco. >I got up very early at 5:50 am, but we had to wait until 6:20 am to leave because it was too dark, we walked a part of asphalt road for 10 minutes, passing through the sector called Rancho Grande, and then we started to climb this mountain. As for the weather, as we got closer to the mountain the cold increased a bit, when we started to climb I kept a constant pace leaving my brother Francisco about 30 meters away   Para llevar mi registro del entrenamiento de senderismo, active la aplicación Strava para registra la ruta y también la aplicación de Actifit de Hive para saber la cantidad de pasos recorridos. Strava es una herramientas me gustan mucho porque se guardan todos los datos de cada uno de los entrenamientos >To keep track of my hiking training, activate the Strava app to record the route and also the Hive Actifit app to know the number of steps taken. Strava is a tool I really like because all the data from each of the training sessions is saved   Quedé impresionado por la gran cantidad de árboles y plantas que se han quemado por los incendios, esto se ha extendido en todas las montaña, me imagino es debido a la altas temperatura, me cuenta mi hermano que para entrenar en la tarde el clima está demasiado fuerte, y es mejor en la mañana para disfrutar del frio de la montaña. >I was impressed by the large number of trees and plants that have been burned by the fires, this has spread to all the mountains, I imagine it is due to the high temperatures, my brother tells me that the weather is too hot to train in the afternoon strong, and it is better in the morning to enjoy the cold of the mountain.   Cabe resaltar que en esta montaña muy pocas personas hacen senderismo, creo que en la de Los Chivos he visto una mayor afluencia de caminantes, debe ser que en mi comunidad hay mas caminantes que les gusta el senderismo. En este entrenamiento hicimos a un ritmo sostenido, realizando hasta la cima de la montaña un tiempo de 38 minutos. >It should be noted that very few people go hiking on this mountain, I think that in Los Chivos I have seen a greater influx of hikers, it must be that in my community there are more hikers who like hiking. Después que llegamos a la cima, viene un pequeño descanso que es una parte plata, donde está lo que era la cantera El Peñón, luego buscamos el camino para estar de frente a la última montaña que tiene una subida de aproximadamente como de un 1 km, para llegar a donde está la bandera. Cuando estaba en plena subida nos conseguimos 2 niños, y cuatro personas senderistas que ya había llegado a donde está la bandera, al vernos conversamos unos segundos y continuamos con la caminata. >After we reached the top, there is a small break that is a silver part, where the El Peñón quarry is, then we look for the path to face the last mountain that has a rise of approximately 1 km , to get to where the flag is. When it was in the middle of the ascent we got 2 children, and four hikers who had already reached where the flag is, when we saw each other we talked for a few seconds and continued with the walk.    Al llegar hasta la bandera marcamos un tiempo de 1 horas, registrando una distancia de 4 km con 700 metros, y en cuanto a los pasos fueron 6933 en la aplicación Actifit. Desde esta montaña tenemos una vista panorámica de la población de San Francisco, donde podemos ver los cañaverales que llegan a la población de Tocorón y también se visualiza desde esta altura el lago de Valencia que está cerca de la población de Magdaleno. >When we reached the flag, we marked a time of 1 hour, registering a distance of 4 km with 700 meters, and as far as the steps were 6933 in the Actifit application.
