<div class="text-justify"> Saludos amigos de Hive, esta es la primera vez que participo en la comunidad @emotions&feelings en la iniciativa de este mes relacionada con el sentimiento de sorpresa el cual se puede manifestar de forma positiva o negativo dependiendo de nuestras vivencias.

Considero que las sorpresas son sentimientos que se presentan en nuestras vidas y que muchas veces no sabemos cuál va ser la reacción frente a un evento que es inesperado en nuestras vidas, tomando en cuenta si este repercute de forma positiva o negativa.</div>

Como ustedes saben me gusta mucho el deporte, ya que varias días en la semana práctico senderismo de montaña, y caminatas de calles, antes de realizar este deporte yo entrenaba  para competencias de maratones seis días a la semana junto con mi hermano y nos trasladamos a diferentes estados de Venezuela para participar en competencias.

Ahora bien no toco el momento de competir en Caracas en una carrera de 10 km, de la alcaldía de Caracas, donde estuvimos con más de quinientos corredores, la salida se dio a la 7:30 am, mi hermano y yo estuvimos en el segundo pelotón de corredores, adelante iban aproximadamente ocho corredores, es decir llegamos entre los diez primeros en la general. Bueno le cuento llegó el momento de la premiación por cada categoría y me nombran a mi Carlos Toro, primer lugar y Francisco Toro, segundo lugar en la categoría libre, esto para mi significó una gran emoción porque de verdad no esperaba este premio, el cual se debió a que los corredores que estaba adelante fueron descalificados porque no estaban legalmente inscrito.

Quiero destacar que cuando se realiza una actividad deportiva vivimos muchas emociones, donde disfrutamos mucho es compartir con otros deportistas, y es un reto mejorar cada día más, es una lucha con uno mismo en ser cada día mejor.

Otras de las emociones en el ámbito deportivo fue con mi hijo, desde hace unos meses atrás quería practicar el futbol sala, entonces luego de la pandemia lo inscribimos en un centro deportivo cerca de mi comunidad, donde tienen dos entrenadores, les correspondió después de un mes de práctica se enfrentaron con otro equipo, el juego entre ambos estuvo bastante bueno, y a los treinta minutos, mi hijo Carlitos, metió su primer gol, esto para mí fue una gran emoción el cual me hizo salir la lagrimas  de la gran satisfacción porque mi hijo hizo su primer gol, fue una gran sorpresa porque ellos tenían poco tiempo de entrenamiento, y al final ganaron el juego 1 x 0.

Hace cinco años sucedió en mi vida un evento inesperado, esa semana comencé a sentir un pequeño dolor de cabeza el cual le tomé poca importancia me tomé un analgésico para calmar la molestia, me fui a trabajar a mi espacio donde soy docente de computación, resulta que el dolor se me hizo insoportable, y tuve que regresar a mi casa. Al llegar a casa comencé con muchas nauseas, y me trasladé a la clínica junto con mi esposa, resulta que el médico me mando realizar una tomografía de emergencia, el cual dio como resultado que tenía una hemorragia cerebral, y el médico me remitió a un centro clínico para que me hospitalizarán.

Esto para mi significó una sorpresa negativa no solo para si no para mi esposa y mi familia, ya que estaba en peligro mi vida, gracias a Dios, pude salir de esta pesadilla gracias al apoyo de mi familia, amigos, docentes, compañeros que oraron por mí para que sanara. Este me permitió acercarme más a Dios y valorar las cosas que muchas veces consideramos sin importancia, este sentimiento a su vez fue positivo porque hubo muchas personas que me brindaron su amor y apoyo incondicional en estos momentos de dificultad que se convirtieron en un gran aprendizaje en mi vida.

I believe that surprises are feelings that arise in our lives and that many times we do not know what the reaction will be to an event that is unexpected in our lives, taking into account whether it has a positive or negative impact.</div >

As you know, I really like sports, since several days a week I practice mountain hiking and street walks, before doing this sport I trained for marathon competitions six days a week together with my brother and we moved to different states of Venezuela to participate in competitions.

Now, it is not time to compete in Caracas in a 10 km race, from the Caracas mayor's office, where we were with more than five hundred runners, the start was at 7:30 am, my brother and I were in the second platoon of runners, approximately eight runners were ahead, that is, we finished among the top ten in the general classification. Well, let me tell you, it was time for the awards for each category and they named me Carlos Toro, first place, and Francisco Toro, second place in the free category, this for me meant great emotion because I really did not expect this award, which it was because the runners who were ahead were disqualified because they were not legally entered.

I want to emphasize that when a sports activity is carried out we experience many emotions, where we really enjoy sharing with other athletes, and it is a challenge to improve more every day, it is a struggle with oneself to be better every day.

Other emotions in the sports field were with my son, a few months ago he wanted to practice indoor soccer, so after the pandemic we enrolled him in a sports center near my community, where they have two coaches, he corresponded after a month of practice they faced another team, the game between the two was quite good, and after thirty minutes, my son Carlitos scored his first goal, this for me was a great emotion which made me shed tears of great satisfaction because my son scored his first goal, it was a big surprise because they had little training time, and in the end they won the game 1 x 0.

Five years ago an unexpected event happened in my life, that week I began to feel a small headache which I took little importance to, I took an analgesic to calm the discomfort, I went to work in my space where I am a computer teacher, it turned out that the pain became unbearable, and I had to return home. When I got home I started feeling very nauseous, and I went to the clinic together with my wife, it turns out that the doctor ordered me to perform an emergency tomography, which revealed that I had a cerebral hemorrhage, and the doctor referred me to a clinical center to be hospitalized.

This for me meant a negative surprise not only for my wife and my family, since my life was in danger, thank God, I was able to get out of this nightmare thanks to the support of my family, friends, teachers, colleagues who prayed for me to heal. This allowed me to get closer to God and value the things that we often consider unimportant, this feeling in turn was positive because there were many people who gave me their unconditional love and support in these moments of difficulty that became a great learning in my life.
