Hello, I'm Leti 😊 and I would like to share a thought with you. About why it's important to learn to let go in this life, both people and things.

So many times we cling to the people and things that surround us like tables of salvation. For that reason, I just think that one day is not in our lives now and it can become the worst fear that afflicts us and that sometimes comes true.

We should never run the risk of thinking that a person or a job is the main reason for our existence and that if they fail us, everything ends. For the simple reason that it is a lie! Created by the same disappointment, loss, loneliness, hopelessness of the moment for which you are living.

Everything happens in this life! Both the sorrows and the joys and to think that a situation has no end is to lie to ourselves.

Losses are part of our walk in this life, part of our learning that gives us maturity even if it hurts. But that pain will pass, it has an end.

Therefore I think that one should cultivate a healthy self-esteem that does not become a monster of selfishness that makes us think that everything has to be as we want. But if a love for ourselves that allows us to love and respect ourselves enough to be able to love those around us, a love that is not a petty and selfish need. So that, the day that job or that person is no longer there, that loss does not become a desolation, a reason for not wanting to live anymore, and thinking that nothing is worth it anymore. Because it's not true, and loving things and people that way is unhealthy. It destroys us, it afflicts us because they are not our lifeline.

We came into this world alone and we will leave alone. Knowing how to let go sets us free because what we manage to achieve in our work or in our relationship will no longer be our reason for joy, but sharing those moments of life, without attachments that limit us to showing how great we can be by not expect nothing from the other because what we have inside us is already enough to want to smile.

Hola, soy Leti 😊 y me gustaría compartir con ustedes un pensamiento. Sobre porque es importante aprender a soltar en esta vida, tanto a personas como a cosas.  

Tantas veces nos aferramos a las personas y a cosas que nos rodean como tablas de salvación. Por ello, el solo pensar de que un día ya no estén en nuestras vidas nos agobia y se puede convertir en el peor miedo que nos acecha y que a veces se hace realidad.

Nunca debemos correr el riesgo de pensar que una persona o un trabajo es la razón pincipal de nuestro existir y que si llegan a faltarnos todo se acaba. Por la simple razón de que es ¡Una mentira! Creada por la misma desilusión, pérdida, soledad, desesperanza del momento por el que se esta viviendo.

¡Todo pasa en esta vida! Tanto las penas como las alegrías y pensar que una situación no tiene fin, es mentirnos a nosotros mismos.

Las pérdidas son parte de nuestro caminar en esta vida, parte de nuestro aprendisaje que nos da madurez aunque duela. Pero ese dolor pasará, tiene un final.

Por lo tanto pienso que uno debe cultivar un amor propio sano que no se convierta en un mounstruo de egoísmo que nos haga pensar de que todo tiene que ser como queramos. Pero si un amor a nosotros mismos que nos permita amarnos y respetarnos lo suficiente para poder amar a los que nos rodean, un amor que no sea una necesidad mezquina y egoísta. Para que así, el día de que ese trabajo o esa persona ya no estén, esa pérdida no se convierta en una desolación, en un motivo por el cual ya no querer vivir, y pensar que ya nada vale la pena. Porque no es cierto, y amar a las cosas y a las personas de esa manera es insana. Nos destruye, nos aflije porque ellos no son nuestra tabla de salvación.

Vinimos solos a este mundo y solos nos vamos a ir. El saber soltar nos hace libres porque lo que logremos conseguir en nuestro trabajo o en nuetra relación de pareja ya no será nuestro motivo de alegría, sino el compartir esos momentos de vida, sin apegos que nos limitan a mostrar lo grandiosos que podemos ser al no esperar nada del otro porque lo que tenemos en nuestro interior ya es sufuciente para querer sonreir.
