I've never used my phone for any of this lol. My goal is to give all possible leo to authors. I do that by setting my Leo multiplier to 10 and than giving 10% votes. If you do that you will see that the Leo value of each vote remains the same when you move the slider from 10% to anything higher. Multiplier really means Multiplier.
