You want to know how to pray without ceasing.

 Are you aware that in this kingdom we don't pray alone. By just speaking you can pray, by just keeping pictures or desires in your heart.

 The Bible said in Ephesians chapter 3:20,

 It says God is able to do according to all we ask or think.

So it means that when you are thinking also prayer is going on

The bible also said in Daniel chapter 10:12,

 The Angel of God came to Daniel. He said Daniel from the day you set your hearts to understand your words were heard.

 He did not say daniel from the day you started praying with your mouth, he said daniel the day you set your mind to understand, heaven was receiving it as prayers.

 This is the key. Create a structure in your life when you are done praying vocally, when you leave the prayer room don't throw away the desires in your heart, keep the desires strong in your heart even as you do your daily activities and heaven is seeing it that a man is connected for 24 hours. 

This is another reason why you need to always shut down negative thoughts because prayer is going on God's hand is mighty upon your life.
