You do not need a reason to be self-confident

Many people mistakenly believe that only at certain moments in their lives they need to be self-confident - in public speaking, in an interview, in a conflict. But why in these situations? What's wrong with being confident in all areas of life? This, by the way, is the very reason why a person, even practicing the rules of confidence, can not make it his habit. He simply believes that this skill should be shown temporarily, but not always. Doubts are not the opposite of certainty. You can doubt some things just to think about something more seriously, but at the same time you carry out the action resolutely.

You can and should be confident in yourself from morning till night. You do not even need people who believe in you or say that you can achieve something. You do not need situations that confirm your confidence. This mindset and habit, which can develop in itself regardless of external circumstances, because this is an internal state.

Decide that you will be self-confident just like that. This is the power of intention and decision. You decided to be confident and such a person will become, there is no special technique or technique.
