【关系攻略】你很闲吗？居然想在公司交朋友？

这一堂课，我反复看了好久。总觉得不是太明白，本文与上次的课[同事永不是你的朋友](https://steemit.com/cn-study/@chann/6yx3u3)异曲同工，既然强调了两次，那必是很重要的了。

举个身边的例子，最近公司有个小女孩提出离职。她比我晚进来几天，算是我的第一个组员，小女孩挺内向，她很尽本分的做好了一个职员，分配给她的工作按时认真完成。可我当时有个莫名的“拉小圈子”的爱好，就觉得同一组的人，组个亲友团吧。结果小女孩离职申请是直接和人事处提的，自以为是自己人的我，最后被别人告知的时候，就莫名伤感了。

办公室的恋情和友谊，对许多人都是一个坑。对职场新人来说，这个坑尤其凶险。

职场上为什么不应该一心二用？
>玩手机的人从地铁楼梯滚下去，就再也不想玩手机了，太惨烈太疼了。这个因果关系好理解，你看到一个人捧着手机滚下去，立刻就能明白是什么分散了他的注意力。

**不能正确归纳我们看见的失败，这是我们走向失败的重要原因之一。**

职场上不要一心两用，要尽可能注意几点：
- 注意力是有限的，而职场又是非常凶险的局面。
- 交友行为复杂化了局势，增加了自己的牵绊。
- 多重身份会导致自己和对方的内心矛盾和冲突。
- 对对方过高的期待和依赖，导致了错估形势。
- 友谊和性，尽可能地到职场之外去找。
- 扑上门来的十有八九是烂桃花。
- 不要被例外情况打动，认为自己是可以幸免的。

同事之间应以工作为重，因为你们关系的根本是工作关系。任何的熟络，如果最终都要你在工作上带入人情来回应，那就本末倒置了，甚至得不偿失。
