Uno de los sentimientos más hermosos que podemos ofrecer a otros es la <strong>empatía</strong> y hoy en ocasión del <strong>Día Internacional del Asperger</strong> quiero hablar sobre la empatía para con estos hermosos niños azules y con su familia.

El Síndrome de Asperger es una de las  formas más leves del autismo  que suele manifestarse en edades muy tempranas de la infancia. Es una condición donde hay un desarrollo diferente en ritmo y forma  de la comunicación  verbal y no verbal, la interacción social, y las actividades de ocio y juego en estos niños, por tanto sus días se desarrollan a veces en una completa calma y a veces se desatan grandes tormentas, así tan variable como el mar por tanto el color azúl les identifica pero no como un estigma si no como una forma de recordar que así como el mar suele ser dócil, cuando éste levanta sus olas hay que darle su espacio, por eso hoy quiero exaltar la empatía.

<blockquote><strong>Asperger's Syndrome is one of the mildest forms of autism that usually manifests in very early childhood. It is a condition where there is a different development in rhythm and form of verbal and nonverbal communication, social interaction, and leisure and play activities in these children, therefore their days sometimes develop in a complete calm and sometimes great storms break out, so as variable as the sea therefore the blue color identifies them but not as a stigma but as a way to remember that just as the sea is usually docile, when it raises its waves must be given its space, so today I want to exalt empathy.</strong></blockquote>

La empatía está llena de muchas acciones que la complementan. Se nutre de la comprensión, de la bondad y de una inmensa capacidad de apoyar.
<br>Cuando entras en el "Mundo Azúl" de estos niños te darás cuenta que su forma de comunicarse es distinta a la que estamos acostumbrados, por eso la comprensión y lograr ponerse en su lugar será significativo para entrar con mucha dulzura en su mundo y tratar de acercarlos al nuestro.

<blockquote><strong>Empathy is filled with many actions that complement it. It is nurtured by understanding, kindness and an immense capacity to support.
<br><br>When you enter the "Blue World" of these children you will realize that their way of communicating is different from what we are used to, that is why understanding and being able to put yourself in their place will be significant to enter with much gentleness in their world and try to bring them closer to ours.</strong></blockquote>

El "Mundo Azúl" muchas veces es rutinario, lleno de patrones recordándonos que aquí no existe la prisa, que la paciencia será la clave para lograr cosas maravillosas, por tanto nunca olvidemos que esos patrones son la guía de estos pequeños para siempre llegar a puerto seguro como aquel que sigue las migas de pan por el bosque.

<blockquote><strong>The "Blue World" is often routine, full of patterns reminding us that here there is no hurry, that patience will be the key to achieve wonderful things, so never forget that these patterns are the guide of these little ones to always reach safe harbor as one who follows the bread crumbs through the forest.</strong></blockquote>

Los padres que viven en un "Mundo Azúl" al principio tal vez no tenían considerado este color en su paleta de vida por tanto es importante apoyarlos, mostrarles que el azúl tiene varias tonalidades y que a través de sus varios matices siempre tendrán personas dispuestas a ayudarles a sortear cualquier dificultad.
<br>Si eres un padre de un "Niño Azúl" sabrás que hay días que navegarás por aguas tumultuosas donde sentirás los brazos cansados a veces de tanto remar pero sé que tan solo al verte reflejado en los ojos de tu hijo y quizá lograr divisar una sonrisa en su rostro, serán la gasolina que recargue tu barca para seguir transitando por este inmenso mar azúl, pero no harás la travesía solo ya que la empatía nos permitirá entrar a muchos en este "Mundo Azúl" para ayudar y acompañar. 

<blockquote><strong>Parents who live in a "Blue World" may not have considered this color in their life palette at first, so it is important to support them, to show them that blue has several shades and that through its various shades they will always have people willing to help them overcome any difficulty.
<br><br>If you are a parent of a "Blue Child" you will know that there are days when you will navigate through tumultuous waters where you will feel your arms tired sometimes from so much rowing but I know that just by seeing yourself reflected in the eyes of your child and maybe you can see a smile on his face, will be the gasoline that recharges your boat to continue traveling through this immense blue sea, but you will not make the journey alone because empathy will allow us to enter many in this "Blue World" to help and accompany. </strong></blockquote>

Por todo lo anteriormente dicho mis queridos lectores, hoy quiero hacer un llamado a que regalemos toda la empatía que podamos, si tenemos la oportunidad de entrar en el "Mundo Azúl, hágamoslo sin miedo ya que nos podemos llevar la mayor lección de amor que jamás imaginamos.
