# Hello Hive People
For the first time I explored a lost place. This lost place is quite special and can be found easily from the main street. 
Some people on the internet said this house is haunted but we didn't see any ghosts despite the history and rumors behind the house.

Some legends claim that Greven himself, after suffering financial difficulties and personal setbacks, died in the villa, and his spirit still haunts the place. Other stories speak of a murder that supposedly took place on the property. It is said that voices and shadowy figures have been seen and heard in the abandoned building.  <br><br>
>### Decay and Present Situation
>The house stood abandoned for decades and fell into increasing disrepair. Due to its eerie atmosphere, it was often visited by adventurers and ghost hunters. Various plans for renovation and repurposing have been proposed, but many failed. Today, Haus Fühlingen is no longer accessible to the public but remains an integral part of Cologne’s urban legends.  <br>
>Haus Fühlingen, also known as Villa Oppenheim, was built in 1888 by Eduard Freiherr von Oppenheim, a member of the Cologne banking family Sal. Oppenheim, as a summer residence.

Exploring the place at night to get the full experience. We got a back pack and a head light. The original gate was closed but there was a small path beside it which lead to the house. Most windows and doors were sealed but there were still ways to get in.

At first we went completely around the house and found the entry to the cellar.

And some climbing action because the stairs were broken and I thought there might be a way into the house from here, but it wasn't.

We walked out again to get to the front door of the house.

You could just push the metal to the side to get into the house. The first thing you see at the end is a creepy black demon. 
*"'I'm afraid of no ghost"*, I hear in my head the song. *"Who you gonna call?"*

There was no chance to get up to the next floor but I climbed at least up on the small wall to the half-floor. I hold my phone up to get a photo from the room over me.

Unfortunately there was not much more to explore. On the way out I took more photos from the house. 

We had fun exploring the lost place and I bet it will not be the last place we will visit. Having fun keeps us alive and thriving, right?
