La vida es fácil pero vivirla es difícil, esta apreciación surge cuando observo la cantidad de trabas que puede enfrentar cada uno al transitarla. Hace dos días una de mis hija se indispuso de pronto, ante lo mal que estaba, alguien propuso llevarla al hospital, que pese a ser la solución más expedita, no era la primera a considerar, por el pésimo estado en que están estos centros de salud y la cantidad de historias que escuchamos de los mismos.  Pero había que hacerlo, ya que mi hija no mejoraba con lo primeros auxilios que le habíamos prestado.  

Luego de tres horas, regresaron con ella estable y contentos por el trato recibido.  Todo resultó fácil, simplemente porque cada uno hizo lo que tenía que hacer.  La doctora eficiente y atenta, la enfermera cordial y diligente.  

Al parecer, si cada uno hace bien la función que le toca, todo se va desarrollando de manera armónica.  La sociedad ha ido creando a lo largo del tiempo un engorroso sistema burocrático que ha legitimado comportamientos anormales y que retardan cualquier trámite.  Solicitar un documento cualquiera trae una cantidad de papeleo que hace difícil lo que podría ser fluido y más sencillo.

¿Existirá un disfrute especial en alargar los procesos y entorpecerlos  para crear frustración? ¿Qué lleva a un profesor a hacer complicada la asignatura que le corresponde enseñar? ¿Por qué para realizar una cirugía menor, la clínica exige una cantidad exagerada de exámenes? 
A veces la sola distribución de los anaqueles en un negocio, vuelve caótica la venta, colas largas para pagar un hilo, eso se vuelve difícil.  

Pero también hay personas que podríamos considerar difíciles.  Nunca están contentos con nada, dificultan el trato con los demás y si alguien así tiene un cargo donde debe atender gente, ya podemos suponer cómo va a ir el asunto. También puede ocurrir al revés que el complicado sea quien va a buscar el  servicio, entonces le amargará la vida a quien intente ayudarlo.

Nosotros con nuestro comportamiento podemos hacer que los momentos seas soportables o complicados.   Tenemos una responsabilidad en nuestro intercambio diario, entre padres e hijos, hermanos, vecinos o particulares y la pareja.

Andar buscando problemas donde no los hay, agrediendo, afectando la psiquis de otros, es un cuadro malsano.  Ser un pacificador natural, propiciar la armonía, y tener la disposición de ayuda, que facilite los procesos, además de que ofrece bienestar a sí mismo, contribuye a que lo difícil no sea la norma. 

La empatía ayuda a mostrar los momentos incómodos que están pasando los demás también, ponernos en su lugar y por lo menos no ser nosotros los que le aumentemos la carga es ya un acto solidario para alivianar la vida.  Todo depende de nosotros mismos y nuestras intenciones para vivir en paz.

Life is easy but living it is difficult, this appreciation arises when I observe the number of obstacles that each person can face when going through it. Two days ago one of my daughters suddenly became unwell, given how bad she was, someone suggested taking her to the hospital, which despite being the quickest solution, was not the first to consider, due to the terrible state of these care centers. health and the number of stories we hear about them. But it had to be done, since my daughter was not improving with the first aid we had given her.

After three hours, they returned with her stable and happy with the treatment they received. Everything was easy, simply because everyone did what they had to do. The efficient and attentive doctor, the cordial and diligent nurse.

Apparently, if everyone does their assigned role well, everything develops harmoniously. Over time, society has created a cumbersome bureaucratic system that has legitimized abnormal behavior and delays any procedure. Requesting any document involves an amount of paperwork that makes what could be fluid and simpler difficult.

Is there a special enjoyment in lengthening processes and hindering them to create frustration? What leads a teacher to make the subject he or she is responsible for teaching complicated? Why does the clinic require an exaggerated number of exams to perform minor surgery?
Sometimes the mere distribution of the shelves in a business makes the sale chaotic, long lines to pay a dollar, that becomes difficult.

But there are also people who we could consider difficult. They are never happy with anything, they make it difficult to deal with others and if someone like that has a position where they have to serve people, we can already guess how things are going to go. It can also happen the other way around that the complicated one is the one who goes to seek the service, then it will make life miserable for whoever tries to help him.

With our behavior we can make moments bearable or complicated. We have a responsibility in our daily exchange, between parents and children, siblings, neighbors or individuals and the couple.

Going around looking for problems where there are none, attacking, affecting the psyche of others, is an unhealthy picture. Being a natural peacemaker, promoting harmony, and having the willingness to help, which facilitates processes, in addition to offering well-being to oneself, contributes to ensuring that difficult things are not the norm.

Empathy helps to show the uncomfortable moments that others are also going through, putting ourselves in their place and at least not being the ones to increase their burden is already an act of solidarity to lighten life. It all depends on ourselves and our intentions to live in peace.
