Why Steem is an Undervalued Precious Gem

<p>This article will &nbsp;hopefully, &nbsp;shed light on the superiority of steem ecosystem &nbsp;especially to some people who underestimate the ingenuity of steem block chain - due to the undervalued price of steem .</p>
<p>This amazing steem system is built on a protected blockchain software that run on computers and there are &nbsp;3 types of assets that run on the ecosystem: Steem , Steem Power and Steem Dollars. Steem power (which gives you authority in steemit platform) and steem relates to company shares and steem dollars (which moves in tandem with US dollars) &nbsp;are created by a blockchain-based software network to be used as a currency, from loans on Steem digital assets which have financial value &nbsp;because they're useful to a rising Steemit community , <a href="https://steemit.com/steem/@charles1/why-are-ignorant-people-calling-steem-and-bitcoin-a-ponzi-scheme ">and are rare&nbsp;.</a></p>

Imagine what will happen if millions of dollars is used to advertise this amazing technology to the world including the financial market?&nbsp;</li>
  <li><strong>Life Changing Technology </strong>: Steem &nbsp;blockchain processes transactions faster and more efficient than top cryptocurrencies even Etherium and Bitcoin combined . Moreover some disruptive technological apps are being built on steem blockchain . @charles1 I think the most important statement in your post was regarding the beta status of Steem.  To date, Steem is, indeed, still in its infancy.  It's existence is promulgated solely through word of mouth which brings roughly 2000 people per day to the platform.

Imagine, indeed, once real advertising begins?  I would expect that a dramatic increase in membership will ensue following any sort of intentional, commercial promotion of the site.  Once that happens, real wealth creation, monetary and creativity, will likely occur like has not yet been seen.

I agree! it is a blessing that we all discovered it before it is too late for ordinary people to grow some power here and place to go on.I don't know how much time till the great "gem discovering" by others, but for we are steeming with persistence and a hope for a bright future😊

To your point "Steem blockchain processes transactions faster and more efficient than top cryptocurrencies even Ethereum and Bitcoin combined." 

Is this because of its underlying technology you could point me to to better learn about it, or mainly because the transaction volume and load is less than BTC and ETH at this time?  

Agree with you 100% on the blessing in disguise price.  I grabbed a little bit yesterday at $1.08.  Could be the best prize zone for a while if the crypto world starts recovering from the China ICO FUD dump/market manipulation, but had goals to diversify with other tokens.  $1.08 v $1.30 etc... won't make too much of a difference in the long term, especially when you can earn STEEM by using the site to lower your average total cost of fiat expense.

Thank you for the post Charles. I am new here yet Steem is one of my core pieces in my crypto portfolio. You post only further enhances my belief in this platform and the long term potential.

The idea that one can earn money from his/her content on a social network is revolutionary. People support facebook, reddit, and twitter without a thought yet only a certain few are making any money off that. They are making others wealthy. To me, this is the best selling point. I cant tell you how many times I read in the past two weeks "I made only a few cents but that is more than I made in X years on facebook". It is so true.

To add to your post, my views on why steem will explode in price in due time:
1. The rising ship....there is so much money about to enter this space that it will lift all legitimate coins. Actually it will probably lift all of them but the illegit will collapse.
2. People do not have to buy it. When people have the chance to earn the coins, you open up holding to a large number of people. How many people in third world nations are buying some $.50 coin? Very few. However, I already saw people in Kenya and other nations like that amassing steems.
3.A simple numbers game. There are roughly 300K users on here. If steem can support a price of $1.00-$1.50 with that many users, then imagine what it could support with 3M or 30M users. And to put it in perspective, even at 30M, it would be a small gnat compared to FB and it 1B+ monthly users.
4. Technological employment disruption....I am one of those technologists who believes that automation and other tech advancements are going to eliminate a ton of jobs. This will cause people to need to look to other avenues for income. Spending time on steemit is a perfect way, over time, to make some money.

Yes it is undervalued. However the problem is that steem value is effectively halved each year as they double the volume of steem on the market. From an investors point of view its just not worth the long term. There is too much uncertainty as to whether steem will take off while at the same time the price has to double to maintain its value. The only part of the steem currency benefiting from this is steem power where the price of influence goes up. This it how i see it but i could easily be wrong.
