OK I have to try this platform out. Thanks to a my buddy @thedashguy, I have hopefully discovered the early end of the next big thing. But we will see.

I created my account under the alias of chasinfreshies  because currently all i can do to distract myself from this mild pacific northwest summer is watch youtube vids of snowboarding and skiing videos showing orgasmic fresh (untouched) powder days  of years past. It is what gets me through the day at work, and I guess the summer as a whole because it is a passion of mine that can only be done for a little under half the year. I have been snowboarding off and on for the last 10 years, but really didn't get  completely invested in it till the last couple of years. This last year I bought my first seasons pass to a local hill in the PNW called Snoqualmie Summit which kept me very busy through out the entire winter - especially because this year was the first good winter we have had in a while which means powder days every week. I just bought a new snowboard (July4th sale) and its just sitting in my room waiting like 5 months to get ridden. Its a SKunkApe 170 ultra wide which is perfect for me because i have size 15 boots, and this appears to be the widest board on the market. 

I cannot describe the feeling of freedom going up to the mountains gives me. When your on the top of the mountain looking down on everything you really feel like you are on the top of the world about to conquer the godly terrain.  Its the perfect thing to break up the monotony of the reality of the real world - which currently for me is repetitive, and a constant struggle. My current dream is to get an awd class B motorhome and just have ski trips all the time- that would be pretty tight.

Since its currently Summer i guess it would be best to stop dreaming about winter. I guess you can say my main hobbies in the summer are fishing, and going to Seattle Mariners games. I have a little pontoon boat that I take out with by buddy to the low land lakes for trout. I want to expand my reach on this boat though this year and take it out to the Puget Sound and catch some dungeness crabs! The motor is not rated for salt water but im just like screw it at this point.
