Hi, Steemians!

There are a whole lot of methods to apply when it comes to how we embrace our fears, doubts, and insecurities.

Motivational speakers and successful people are always talking about how we should overcome our fears and dive headfirst into the danger, leaving our comfort zone in the hope of achieving something better.

While that is a reasonable and admirable way of thinking, it doesn’t give much room to practicality.

In this blog post, I want to give you a method that can take care of your fears and doubts when it comes to doing the things you have always wanted to do!

Telling people that they should overcome their fear is easy. Giving them methods with which they can do it is the difficult part of the equation.

You could always tell yourself not to be afraid of new things… to leave your comfort zone without thinking too much about what might happen to you!

But I am not a massive fan of techniques like that. What I do care about is moments.

Moments of truth, when we are faced with the ultimate choice. What do we do then?

Those are the decisions that determine everything, and those are the moments when we are most afraid.

In such moments, imagine that you are standing in front of a pool.

You are afraid of diving in.

Stop thinking about all the aspects and the details for one moment. Then, dive!

They say it is in moments when we are truly afraid that we should dive without thinking too much and go with the flow of the situation.

When you are most afraid, you are embarking on a quest that will bring about change.

Change is always scary, but in order to process evolution or go beyond your limits, you need to be willing to let go of that comfort zone and embrace change.

So, pay little heed to all the concepts and motivational standpoints that would compel you to overcome your fear.

What you need is to simply grasp the moment at hand and dive in when you are most afraid!

When something amazing or exciting scares you, try to do it anyway without thinking too much of the consequences.

This should not be mistaken with doing something that you know is wrong.

But when it comes to doing something that is scary or beyond your comfort zone, you should not hesitate, even for a moment.

When the moment comes, dive without fear and make every second count!
