When you wake up, what do you do?

Have you ever felt an overwhelming tiredness? Your heart beats fast... You shed hot tears.... it seems your chest wants to explode.. PANIC ATTACK.

There are a lot of things you want to say but propriety tells you to shut the fuck up!!!! You are suffering but do you have a choice 🤷🏾‍♀️..... YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP


You are living life by your rules...but those rules are not really yours. They are influenced by various factors...societal, religious, ethnicity 🤦🏾‍♀️
