Green Rice

Greetings, Hivers!
I have stopped eating rice for quite sometime now and whenever I crave for one I cook myself rice replacement which is either made from cauliflower and/or brocolli and green beans which i call green rice. 
I thought I'd share this because health is wealth, and I find it tasty too.

Recipe: Green Rice

Ingredients

Brocolli
Green beans
Garlic
Salt
Pepper

Procedure
1. Cut brocolli into florets
2. Cut green beans into smaller bits
3. Add the brocolli florets into a processor, pulse it until it resembles grains of rice
4. Repeat step 3 this time with green beans
5. Heat the pan and pour some oil
6. Saute the garlic
7. Add the processed green beans
8. Add the processed brocolli 
9. Sprinkle a bit of salt and peppers to taste
10. Mix occasionally until cooked ( 8-10 mins )
11. Best serve while hot!
