Growing a business from where it is to a whole new level will always be one of the main goals of every business. However, growing a business to the next level doesn’t just happen overnight… yes there are rare cases where a business can move to the next level in a very short time due to factors that work in favour of the business, however, it is rare and for a business to move to the next level, work needs to be done and also it requires strategy, determination, patience and consistency. These are key factors that when put together can help a business grow to the next level.

One of the key factors that can help skyrocket a business to the next level is strategy. Every business needs to utilize strategies in their business in other to achieve its goals. One of the strategies that can help take a business to the next level is brand identity. Brand identity is a very powerful business strategy that when utilized effectively can do wonders for any business. In my previous part 1 post of this series, I already explained what brand identity is all about and how powerful it is when it comes to building a successful business. Like I have said already, brand identity is key when it comes to taking a business to the next level. It would be very difficult for a business without an identity to compete in the marketplace with a lot of fierce competitions all fighting for the few available target customers.

Whenever we talk about taking a business to the next level, sales is key. It is as simple as that… A business that doesn’t make sales cannot move to the next level. It is the sales and the profits made that helps a business grow and expand. The only way to increase sales in a marketplace that is crowded is to stand out, and the only way to stand out is having an identity – which is where brand identity comes into play. Brand identity is a very effective strategy that makes it easy for target customers to find a business in the crowded marketplace… the more target customers that finds them, the more sales they make, and the more sales they make, the more chances of growing to the next level.



If a business just does what every other businesses are doing, it is difficult to convince the every flowing pool of target customers to buy from them because they could buy from any business and still get the same level of satisfaction. Take for instance, you walk into the marketplace to buy a Samsung Smart TV… you find multiple shops selling the same product, the same quality and at a similar price… I guess you wouldn’t be that concerned which store you purchase from since they are all offering the same product and the price differences is basically negligible. Now imagine that same product being sold by different sellers…
