The Ups and Downs.

I do ask what is Life? To this question you would hear different definitions from different individual. To some, the definition of llfe is the challenges being faced, to some llfe is just a travelling phase that has no destination in this world, some to the extent of believing it's a game so play it well before it's a "game over", some even say life is Time depends on the management because it doesn't rewinds back, and finally some would say "life is simply the breath we take in and out of the body the rest is how you make it look like."

There's so much different definitions of life, you would have yours too.

Life is the most valuable asset known to man, any human without it has no part in this world, so it must and I mean a must to be handled spiritually and justified.

Life can be full of twist and turns, and sometimes though the best things in life are the ones we don't plan for, and for this I'm talking about positive uncertainty.
I've been thinking about this a lot lately, and I've come to understand that uncertainty is a natural part of life's journey. It is the unknown, the unpredictable and the uncontrollable that occurs and it's up to us to decide how we respond to it. This is what makes the difference.

For me uncertainty has been a catalyst for growth or transformation and advancement. It has forced me one way or the other to be more focused, to always readjust and be adaptable and to tell me that life is precious so we every moment counts. Immediately it occurs take good advantage of it not minding it's uncertainty.

I also came to realization that uncertainty can be scary, like saying the negatives of uncertainty, it's natural to feel anxious and unsure when we're faced by the unknown, and it's easy to get caught up in worries created by the unknown not to cause regrets.
But then, there's a saying that goes "life is full of risk, so do it risky" even when the outcome might be dangerous or regrettable. Some individuals do say doing Nothing is way worse than trying or risking it .

Though I've found out that uncertainty isn't something to be afraid of or being scare when faced by it. If it's has a negative effect on you it's fine but how you switch it to transformative or innovation tool is the most important and where things start getting interesting 

It's a reminder that life is full of surprises, and sometimes the best thing and the best people on life are not the one we planned for.

So friends, I would suggest and encourage we start seeing uncertainty in a new sight and light, instead of resisting it try embracing it and use it for better advantages.
See it as an opportunity for growth and innovation for yourself and truth everything will work out well.
As we navigate the Ups and Downs of life, let's be sure that uncertainty is a natural part of life so I encourage that your response should be courage and curiosity with an open heart.
