Rodrigo, Ken and I want to thank you personally for your early support and your trust in our vision. Thanks to you, we were able to build this new company from the ground and have developed several products for the Bitshares, Steem and Blockchain communities. We definitely would not stand here without your early Support. 

**Since Christmas 2015 we were able to build:**

* BitShares Wallet for Android
* BitShares Wallet for iOS (was denied by Apple (just like Mycelium), but code is on github)
* Smartcoins Wallet for Android
* BlockPay “S” 
* BlockPay for Odoo

**We are now starting our Pre-ICO with “BLOCKPAY” tokens and plan to use the funds for the following:**

1. Launch of BlockPay “S” in Google Play and BlockPay for Odoo
2. Additional BlockPay integrations into leading Point Of Sale systems
3. Development of BlockPay API
4. Adding more Fiat Gateways, Exchanges and Escrow Services
5. Development and introduction of Stealth transfers
6. Development and launch of ECHO for Android and iOS
7. Development of native iOS BlockPay “S”
8. Adding new features to BlockPay and ECHO
9. Building Digital Payment Infrastructure for the Future

**What does that mean for OPENPOS holders?**
We offer all current OPENPOS holders the unique opportunity to exchange their tokens **1:1.20, starting August 20th**. We will buy back 100 OPENPOS for 120 BLOCKPAY, and  If you invested early on, you tripled your investment since Christmas.

We are going to invest more than **600,000 BLOCKPAY** tokens to buy back the old OPENPOS tokens and give you all a 3 day prior early bird access. Rodrigo, Ken and I are looking forward to your future support and we can't wait to deliver BlockPay, Echo and Stealth over the next few months for you.[/size]
