# 1. Practice an activity to better know who you are, at least 1 hour per day :
List of recommended activities : Aikido, QiCong, Yoga, Singing, Painting, writing poems, reading books from spiritual masters, learning non-violent communication….
You don’t have to achieve anything to be happy, you can be happy first and build from there.

# 2. You account will replenish with Seeds every lunar cycle :
- Up to 1,000 Seeds for visitors
- Up to 2,000 Seeds for resident
- Up to 3,000 Seeds for citizens

# 3. Work on collective projects 12 hours per week
Each project will be elaborate with open source decentralized tools, voted by citizens and finance with Seeds.
The first voting process is done with www.publicdomain.live
Each citizen is entitled to propose new voting rules.
