I first start with 3 years in biology studies in Lyon from 1977 to 1979.
The immune system seen from the occidental science is a complex system where K cells are able to produce the perfect antibody to kill an original intruder. How does the K or T or whatever you call them cells are able to choose among few thousands of proteins to produce the right, specific antibody, in few hours ? How is one immune system able to produce thousands of proteins? No need to be a genius to understand that there is something we don’t understand in science about life !

In 1988, a friend of mine told me “you should try Aïkido, you will like it !”. For sure I did. I met Aïkido masters able to do things at 60 or 70 years old some 40 year old man cannot do, anyways.
These guys know a lot more about vital energy and life than scientists.

In 1990, I have been cure from hypertension after 6 sessions of acupuncture, when I took ten years of occidental pills without any hope to ever going better. 


So, obviously I started to pay more attention to Traditional Chinese Medecine rather than occidental science. 

I read the books from Itsuo Tsuda, a student of Master Noguchi and O’sensei. Itsuo Tsuda claims that a good health is something natural and if you listen to your body and don’t poison it, then you are in good health.

In 2003,  I started to learn Shiatsu with Isabelle Laading. I recommand Isabelle’s last book “Diététique Chinoise, Nourrir la vie” for French readers. Maybe some English speaking people could take the opportunity to translate it in English to sell it in English speaking countries.

Nutrition is one of the 5 pillars of TCM ( Traditional Chinese medecine) and the way you nourrish yourself is a big part of who you are and how you feel. Making a summary of this pratic in one post is out of my competency.

Isabelle says that if you eat food with a lot of vital energy (algae, sprouts, young plants) then you benefits from this energy that will boost your immune system.

Ginger is probably the most documented plant to boost immune system for the last 2,000 years. Acupuncture opponents have a tendency to not include the Chinese studies from the last 2,000 years in there multi variate statistical analyses. There databases are probably not large enough.

In 2017, I join Steemit and I think, what could be my contribution to this community? Helping people to preserve their health is probably the best thing you can do, so I wrote a post about  starting 9 easy QiGong exercises:

Well, eat well, practice some QiGong, clean your house you will probably stay in good health.

Let’s imagine than one day, a terrible disease hits the planet and kill 2 % of the population that will catch it. Doesn’t it would make more sense to study why 90 % of the population are not affected by this disease, rather than to look at the DNA of the pathogens ( See, I did not say it, the C. word) ?
