What’s up everyone It’s been a long time since I’ve properly addressed UTOPIS and where things stand. A few months back, I posted in the Discord that my dad was diagnosed with a brain tumor near his temple. That shook our whole family. We got hit with the full force radiation, chemo, endless doctor visits. It wasn’t just hard. It was traumatic. Going through that made me get checked myself. And the results? Colon issues serious enough to put me in my own health battle. So between supporting my dad and dealing with my own situation, I had to step back from everything crypto, gig work, building, content. UTOPIS included. I know a lot of people were watching the project some excited, some skeptical, some just curious. I owe all of you an update. UTOPIS started with a simple mission: passive crypto rewards, automated payouts, a real utility layer on Hive. And for a while, it worked. We had momentum. We had vision. But I’ll be real mistakes were made. Some bad trades, poor timing, and decisions made during stress. Add that to a market that’s been absolutely brutal, both in crypto and in the gig economy, and you get what we saw: collapse. Not from one moment but from constant, compounding pressure. There were even past dividends I promised I’d pay manually after the automated side stopped. I tried. A few payments were made, but I just couldn’t maintain it while everything else in life was falling apart. And for that I truly apologize. Now I’m here to do what I can with the energy I’ve got.
