Another month with the top Dasher status,  it just means that I accept over 70% of the orders all of my ratings are over 90%. In order to get Top Dasher status are you Gotta do is just hustle.  Provide fast efficient service make sure everything is in order and have a great customer service. 

No been a 1099 worker or independent contractor or business owner if you well it’s much different when you’re providing customer service for your own clients rather than working let’s say at a call center or on a retard place you’re not really doing it for your own benefit you’re doing it for the benefit of your company that you work for and of course you get your paycheck. 

When it comes to again being your own boss type a deal it just feels natural to want to pursue excellence to provide customer service for your own clients because I think the day it’s going to reflect on you directly on you and this allows for your business to grow in a loss for you to create more profit. 

I’ve been a top door dasher for the past nine months every month I also wanna grind I put in the effort and every first of the month or within that week I get notification that I am eligible for a top dasher now I keep talking about top Dashers and what the benefits are besides excepting every single order that you can possibly get which is actually pretty frowned upon. 

So if you really care this is what top Dashers get as far as benefits or what is needed to become a top dasher overall it just means that you can work whenever you want you can clock in whenever you want you can work for an hour you can work for whatever many hours you want as long as it doesn’t go over 12 per one day or you can take a couple of brakes and then go ahead and do it.

So here I am about to clock in about to work about to grind now I say this a lot but we’ve been having a heat wave like no other. 
But considering today is a federal holiday Labor Day nobody in a profession is really working besides retail and restaurants, What is a perfect time to hustle and grind. ACs are going to be on barely any cars going to be on the street pure hustle heaven.
