<div class="text-justify"><p> Greetings to all readers of this great platform, this time I want to share a topic which personally is to my liking, this is because it is about the workforce in a company, which end up being the people who give life to the company, this being the main engine of any company, so the motivation for these workers ends up being a reason to give the best of himself. </p></div>

<div class="text-justify"><p> When we talk about labor, it is necessary to mention that there is something called cost elements, which are made up of labor and 2 more, which are materials, which is what is transformed into a finished product, and indirect costs, which are those required for the operation of the company, without the sum of the 3 elements it is not possible to finish a product. </p>
<p> These 3 elements entail costs for production, which must be taken into consideration in their totality when determining the final investment made and thus obtain a realistic unit cost to our investment, on the other hand, when we speak of labor refers to the physical or mental effort made by a person, this means that they can be the workers who make the product or those who perform administrative functions. </p></div>

<p> By motivating a worker, either with an economic incentive or of another type, the worker will feel appreciated, because he knows that they are realizing that the efforts he is making are appreciated and that his work is being done in a good way, which will make him want to continue giving his best, and even make a little more effort. </p></div>
