<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left"> Inicié la semana con gran motivación y el deseo de perfeccionar mis habilidades, enfocando mis esfuerzos en trabajar las mini paralelas. Como es habitual, comencé la sesión con mi ya imprescindible calentamiento, el cual me ayuda a evitar lesiones y activar todos los grupos musculares que necesito para ejecutar el entrenamiento de forma óptima.

Una vez preparado, arranqué la rutina con una plancha completa mantenida durante 4 segundos, enfocándome en la estabilidad y la técnica. Sin perder el control, realicé una transición directa hacia un press para tomar la posición de Handstand. Desde ahí, ejecuté un press de Handstand para regresar a la línea recta, trabajando la fuerza de empuje y el control corporal. Posteriormente, llevé los pies hacia adelante para realizar un brazilian Handstand, lo que añadió un nuevo reto a la secuencia. Recuperé la posición de Handstand mediante otro press y finalicé este primer combo con un aguante estático de Handstand, concentrándome en la alineación y el equilibrio.

Después de completar el primer circuito, me tomé un momento para analizar mentalmente el combo, autoevaluando aspectos técnicos y sensaciones físicas. Decidí entonces lanzarme a un segundo combo, esta vez comenzando con una straddle planche sólida, seguido por un press a handstand straddle. Ya en la posición, cerré la apertura de piernas y realicé un press de Handstand para regresar al handstand, finalizando con un press negativo de straddle planche que sostuve por 3 segundos, priorizando el control y la calidad en cada repetición.

Estas prácticas no solo fortalecieron mis habilidades, sino que también me permitieron reconocer mi progreso y motivarme para seguir superándome cada semana.

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right"> I started the week highly motivated and eager to perfect my skills, focusing my efforts on working on the mini parallel bars. As usual, I began the session with my essential warm-up, which helps me avoid injuries and activates all the muscle groups I need to perform the workout optimally.

Once prepared, I started the routine with a full plank hold for 4 seconds, focusing on stability and technique. Without losing control, I transitioned directly into a press to assume the handstand position. From there, I executed a handstand press to return to a straight line, working on pushing strength and body control. I then brought my feet forward to perform a Brazilian handstand, which added a new challenge to the sequence. I returned to the handstand position with another press and finished this first combo with a static handstand hold, focusing on alignment and balance.

After completing the first circuit, I took a moment to mentally analyze the combo, self-assessing my technical aspects and physical sensations. I then decided to launch into a second combo, this time starting with a solid straddle planche, followed by a press into a straddle handstand. Once in position, I closed my leg split and performed a handstand press to return to the handstand, finishing with a negative straddle planche press that I held for 3 seconds, prioritizing control and quality in each repetition.

These exercises not only strengthened my skills but also allowed me to recognize my progress and motivate myself to continue improving each week.
