Excellent Friday come all my beautiful loves, delighted once again to visit this community lovers of good food and cooking with the exquisite taste of home, this afternoon I want to share with all of you what was my lunch, chard omelet with pumpkin accompanied with our traditional white rice, a healthy tomato salad with onion and our avocado Juliana, this omelet came to me in an improvised way in view of the fact that I had left over from the previous day some of the omelet mixture but I had the idea of preparing it in a healthier way and I improvised adding parboiled pumpkin, this is a new food alternative to prepare, consume and enjoy this delicious and nutritious omelet, so this recipe will be part of my food gastronomy.

>Excelente viernes vengan todos mis amores bonitos, encantada una vez más de visitar esta comunidad amantes de la buena comida y de cocinar con el exquisito sabor  a hogar, la tarde de hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes lo que fue mi almuerzo, tortilla de acelgas con auyama acompañado con nuestro tradicional arroz blanco una saludable ensalada de tomate con cebolla y nuestra Juliana de aguacate, esta tortilla se me ocurrió de manera improvisada en en vista de que me había quedado del día anterior algo de mezcla de la tortilla pero se me me vino la idea de prepararla de una manera más saludable e improvisé agregándole auyama sancochada, esta es una nueva alternativa alimenticia para preparar, consumir y disfrutar de está deliciosa y nutritiva tortilla, así que está receta formará parte de mí gastronomía alimenticia.

Ingredients:
1/2 of chard tortilla mix.
1/2 kilo of pumpkin.
1/2 kilo of rice.
1 tomato.
1/2 onion.
Water, salt, oil and vinegar.

Ingredientes:
1/2 de mezcla de tortilla de acelgas.
1/2 kilo de auyama.
1/2 kilo de arroz.
1 tomate.
1/2 cebolla.
Agua, sal, aceite y vinagre.

Method of preparation:
To start this recipe first we must peel and chop in big pieces the pumpkin, then we must place it in a pot on the fire with enough water, salt to taste, we must let it cook until it softens, then when it is ready we proceed to strain it to separate the water, we will work the pulp adding it to the tortilla mixture that we had left over and with a fork crush and integrate stirring everything.

>Modo de preparación:
Para iniciar esta receta primeramente debemos pelar y picar en trozos grandes la auyama seguidamente debemos colocarla en una olla al fuego con suficiente agua sal al gusto debemos dejar en cocción hasta que se ablanden luego al estar listas procedemos a colar para separar el agua, vamos a trabajar la pulpa agregando a la mezcla de tortilla que nos sobró y con un tenedor triturar e integrar revolviendo todo.

>Para preparar la ensalada primeramente debemos de lavar nuestros vegetales con un poquito de agua con vinagre para retirar las bacterias seguidamente procedemos a nuestro tomate en rodajas y lo colocamos a un lado de nuestro plato, continuamos pelando la cebolla y de igual manera picamos pequeña julianas la cebolla y las colocamos arriba del tomate de igual manera vamos aderezar con un chorrito de vinagre, aceite y sal al gusto.

>Al tener las tortillas de acelgas con auyama también nuestra ensalada de tomate con cebolla, en esta ocasión lo vamos a acompañar con arroz blanco con unas tajadas de plátano frito una juliana de aguacate, de esta manera quedado nuestro saludable platillo del día de hoy.

Yo en lo particular si uso alguna verdura descarto el arroz o la pasta ya la auyama viene a ser un carbohidrato y hace el plato balanceado
